的title company；贷款银行的agent向我们推荐他朋友的title company；贷款银行有
推荐的title company；而且，有的title company还借用雇主的名义，说自己是part
of the relocation benefit，让你用他们。真是没想到title company的竞争也这么激
烈。
但是为啥没有title company给credit或者discount呢？我理解title policy、
endorsement、recording这些费用都是政府设置的，所有的title company都一样，所
以大多数买家都用了自己的realtor的title company。但是如果其他的title company
给点儿credit，买家不就用你们了吗？title policy就是印钞机，title出问题的几率
微乎其微。既然利润这么大，为啥就没有一个主动给点儿credit，把买家的生意抢过来

总之我的经验是staffing companies , 99% 是忽悠。我找工作staffing companies,
联系的几乎100％不靠谱。不知道大家有没有相同的感觉。感觉找工作还是要投简历给
正式公司，或者referral, linkedin 联系。
有些staffing companies, 就一个人。有些美国人毕业后正式工作干一份，再开几个
staffing companies。反正据说在美国开公司也容易，一般据说花几百块钱，几个星期
就注册成。不知道这些 staffing companies 是怎么赚钱的？

近来版上讨论ICC的帖子不少，可是很多帖子里概念有误，把所有的consulting
company都说成了是ICC，还有把ICC说成是Information consulting company，甚至有
说Accenture是ICC。我觉得大家有必要搞清楚正规的consulting company和我们要远离
的ICC之间的区别。
其实我们所要小心的ICC是Indian Consulting Company，是那些主要帮人搞定身份办h1
的公司，这些公司主要从印度搬大量的人来，并不一定有活干，但能通过合法或不合法
的途径帮他们搞定身份。这些公司也是去年h1申请人数一下增多的罪魁祸首。关于这些
ICC的危害性，大家可以考下古。
其余的consulting company，基本上应该都是正规的consulting company了。第一种是
是大型有名的consulting公司，如Accenture, Deloitte, IBM等，他们有非常正规的培

我一个朋友2017年8月因为突发紧急情况，所以使用了acadian ambulance serviec服务
，总共账单1800刀。从那之后，顶多一个月就会收到billing service company（好像
是acadian外包给这个billing service 公司）寄来的账单。大家都知道在美国，保险
公司报的很慢。但是这个billing servicec company就特别没耐心，一直给朋友发信，
说再不交钱，就把你的账单送到collection公司。
我朋友有两个保险，第一个保险已经报了，现在第二个保险正在报，但是billing
servicec company就没耐心。威胁我朋友说，只给你30天，30天之内如果在没收到
payment的话，就把你送到collection公司。（估计两个保险报下来还要交800刀的样子）
我朋友给这个billing servicec compnay 打电话，说肯定给你付这个账单，不过因为
自己是学生，确实一下拿不出这么多钱，希望能给个payment option。billing
