如果把整个eb1 package 比做一本书，那exhibit list 就是这本书的目录
别小看这个目录，有的IO 可能就是只看快速目录不看别的。
我打算把exhibit list 所罗列的顺序跟 rfe PL 中罗列的事实（推荐信，客观证据等
）的顺序一致。
比方说
rfe PL 中讲到contributions罗列contributions A， B， C
在exhibit list 中也按照这样的顺序来，
比方说LIst A1 是xxx的推荐信
List A2－A10 是我的contribution A 被别人应用的例子 （比方说公司的testimony
letters 只类的）
但是问题来了，后面还有要证明sustained acclaim，top percentage recognized by
experts in the field
这些都在exhibit list D 中
但是exhibit list D 要交叉使用list A，B， C 中的一些内容。

发帖数: 16824 | 10 waiting list没用的。你搞个waiting list,首先是成倍的加大了系统负荷，因为
waiting list上的人不一定能拿到票，他就肯定会排多个waiting list，这个跟实时就
不一样了，实时的话只会处理一个车次，正常人不会同时占几个车次的，如果占了肯定
是黄牛。但是你一搞waiting list,那一个人同时排几个车次马上就变得非常合理了，
占位的数量会爆增。
其次搞了waiting list，如果有退票，你必须得人工去确认。显然你不能说有票了我就
卖给waiting list里面最前面的人，因为那个人很可能同时排了好几个waiting list，
他可能已经从别的waiting list里拿到票了，所以你必须人工确认他还要不要票，这个
就一堆麻烦事，你能不能及时联系到他？如果联系不到，你把票给后面的人了，他后来
又知道了，说不定会跟你打官司，我在前面你凭什么不卖给我？等等。
而且这么搞根本阻止不了黄牛。有很多办法可以规避，比如我黄牛先把票占了，然后在
网上发消息，我现在占了一张票，你们谁排在waiting list上第一位的可以跟我联系，

回复：一早有一个offer可能已经接受了，她再去问问seller情况。
等回复，不久我们的agent告诉我们list agent说：seller还没签署任何书面文件，可
以看房，暗示
说你们要是出个cash还是list price的话有机会。
当天下午17点急匆匆赶过去，很喜欢，还和seller家的小儿子聊得很愉快，因为他爸和
我先生是同一个大学工作的。他爸换新工作了，所以要尽快卖房搬走，所以接受offer
很快。
晚上19点20分，直接下list price的offer过去，还说closing day随便他们定，方便他
们搬家。
从5点半pm开始，list agent不接我们agent的电话，也不回我们的email，完全消失。
今天一早，还是没任何消息，我们傻了，还发email给list agent问她有没有收到。
然后带我们家狗看兽医。
看完回来，和我们的agent联系，他说5分钟前list agent打电话告诉他seller已经pick
了一个offer，没有选我们（就2个offer）。

他的表现很奇怪。我们买过reo的房子，当时就是为了顺利点成交直接跟listing agent
打交道的，listing agent很高兴的，因为这样他一个人可以拿全部的佣金而不用和
buyer agent分，我们也明确跟他讲希望他拿全部的佣金，同时也希望他好好配合大家
可以顺利成交。我们也签了个文件里面讲明这个agent是代表seller利益的。后来整个
过程里，listing agent特别的配合，房子也是winterize了2年了，也有很多周折（比
如银行在收到我们offer后突然决定把房子转给auction公司去拍卖。。。。），如果不
是listing agent协助，我们是买不下来的。所以一般来讲，listing agent在买方没有
buyer agent的情况下都是会积极配合让deal成交的，如果不是这样，那肯定背后有什
么原因。楼主前面讲到在回答listing agent的问题是说过曾经看过这个房子，那第一

我的经验，直接用LIST AGENT的人越来越多。 你抢房子，你的对手，很可能有用LIST
AGENT的。
用LIST AGENT的优势有：
1 BUYER AGENT不知道其他的OFFER， LIST AGENT知道，可以指导你下OFFER。 如果你
要下的OFFER低，最高500K， 不会让你下550的offer; 而如果找其他的BUYER AGENT，
BUYER AGENT总劝你下最高的OFFER，如果你想拿下房子， 有可能最后的OFFER比第二高
的高好几万，也就白花了。
2 你的OFFER和LIST AGENT递的OFFER一样，你必输。
3 有些你有优势（比如你ALL CASH，或者DOWN PAYMET多..)，但你OFFER低。 如果你
用BUYER AGENT，你拿下的机会小。 如果你用LIST AGENT，你拿下的机会很大。 LIST
AGENT会劝SELLER接受他递的OFFER。

1. 如果listing上啥都没有写，buyers agent有责任搞清楚，大多数情况下，
是不搞清楚让buyer自己（比如通过找inspector）搞清楚。
2. 如果listing上写了是public sewer system，那么buyers agent当然
take the word from the listing agent。
3. listing agent在create list的时候，自己有责任搞清楚sewage system
的情况，除非seller告知listing agent是啥样的（大多数情况）。
事实上buyers agent绝大多数都不懂房子。楼主的情况，显然主要是inspector
的责任，另外，seller disclosure上如果写了是public sewer，seller也
一起告了。如果联系seller结果是listing agent自己干的，那样才告listing
agent misrepresent。 |

发帖数: 9065 | 32 Angie's list会费很便宜，每年$10-$40不等，看地区。如果不想每次都跑来问怎么找
contractor，Angie's list是个很好的资源。有些人觉得干嘛还花钱找资源，其实这点
真的很少，相比较你获得的信息而言，还是很划算的。
我主要是喜欢看里面人装修的故事，有照片，有经历，还有装修的工程具体项目和价格
！这点非常重要。和找老中不同的是，Angie's list注重有license的contractor，当
然也有general contractor（GC）混在里面，就是那种其实不干活，但帮你找会干活的
老莫，然后从中抽头（一般50%以上的利润）。所以，Angie's list上很多价格比你想
象的要高，但评价高的干活都非常不错。多比较几家，在Angie's list上也可以找到价
格非常合适的。迄今我用过所有的Angie's list上所有的contractor，都非常满意，绝
不会出现敢砸我家墙的案例。等你有了一定经验以后，可以避免找GC了。
注册会员之前，在网上google一下Angie's list的coupon，可能会费打点折，通常2年

1. 已经有N多校友说要弄个通讯录什么的. 可是又有人说有privacy的问题, 第一任
版主ptpt曾弄了个list后来又删了, 就是此原因. 所以我认为公开地做通讯录不
合适. [不过rhlin那儿有个list (and keeps growing, I guess), 谁想要的话或
想上他的list的, 可以跟他联系.]
2. 做此list, 我只列出各ID出自哪个系(院)的, 这样就应该避免privacy的问题了.
3. 我现在做的这个list是曾在本版出没过的ID. (当然包括MJ)
4. Sorry, 那些友人们不在此list上, i.e. szbd, tianna, tin...等等
5. 有很多人都只是说了句类似: "我也是校友"的话, 我一般不列入此list. 这样一来,
难免会漏掉某些同学. 只能Sorry again了.
6. 即使以后我不做BM了, 后来者也能继续维护此list.

的。最简单的可以遍历这个list，把每个元素加到bst的左边（原list按降序排列）或
右边（原list按升序排列）。但这样出来的bst的高度就是list的长度，所以是最差的
bst。好点的做法可以每次取list中间的元素作为root，然后递归的建左子树和右子树
。这两个的复杂度都是O（n）。 |

发帖数: 45 | 40 我的办法就是进行二分，将k个链表分为两个一组，组内进行merge。形成一个新的链表
集合。继续两个一组merge，这样下去一共会进行logk次merge，最后merge成为一个链
表。这里用的辅助函数是mergeSortedList，合并两个有序链表，这个辅助函数复杂度
应该是O(n)。
我觉得这个算法的总时间复杂度是O(nlogK),大家觉得对吗？？

listing agent的确误导了LZ
即使offer到了（甚至超过）listing price
你也可以不接受
没有强卖
也没有强买
但是，listing agent的工作其实也不太好做
打价高了
没有感兴趣的买家
最终需要屡次降价才能卖的出去
这个过程房主会很难受
埋怨listing agent
打价低了
很多人感兴趣
房主会以为价打低了
也埋怨listing agent
所以为了防止以上两种情况出现（卖方都不爽）
卖方事先应该对自己的房子的合理价值有清醒的认识
有一个合理价位的估计
不要完全指望listing agent
然后房子在那个合理价位上下成交都应该高兴
listing agent的主要目标是把房子尽快卖出去
拿佣金完事
然后把精力放在其它房子上
对于卖主来说
应该是自己做好research
知道自己房子的合理价位
使房子在合理价位附近尽快卖出去
这样做起码不吃亏
如果恰好碰到市场不错
比自己well-researched的合理价位高了不少
那就偷着乐去吧
对于买房子的人来说
道理类似

比如

怎么写个LIST comprehension,生成另外一个LIST， 这个LIST每个成员是listoflist
里每个成员list的相应成员的或
比如，上面的例子如果没有省略号， 结果应该是[7,7,7,7]

作为过来人，我们都知道这个IV list有多重要。从上面你可以看到哪些program CMG
friendly的。 值得多花些功夫去争取iv的机会。
我在去年9/1申请前做了一个excel总结了０８，０９，１０年match的内科iv list.这
里非常感谢前人留下的宝贵财富， 才使我的这个iv list得以made it possible and
benefited a lot. 但愿这个前人种树，后人乘凉的好传统能持续下去。
