发帖数: 418 | 4 Thanks a lot. I checked this product out and found it seems very good. The
best thing for this product is that it provides stop buffer. It is much
better than the DNase from Roche. I don't like to make stop buffer by my own
because I am just afraid Ithat would bring RNase back to RNA samples.
Thank you very much. I am going to order one and give it a try.

to check DNA concentration at this step. Today, I have tried to remove DNA four times and still have DNA left in RNA samples.

发帖数: 1786 | 6 If your target genes have introns, you can design primers that only pick up
mRNA, but not DNA. Then DNase treatment is not important any more.
better
