about getting in amongst the action. If you feel like your images aren’t ‘

今天在youtube上看了好多"it gets better"的video.
也让我想起了很多在学校的情景.
我的童年活的并不开心.也是一路被人欺负过来的.
在小学的时候,因为成绩不好,也不爱运动,瘦瘦弱弱的,所以老师不喜欢,同学也不跟我玩.
身边总是有人在跟我说, 我太像一个小姑娘一样,那么斯斯文文,扭扭捏捏.
那个时候我真的没有朋友.休息时间常常都是一个人度过的.
我不太明白为什么大家都那么不喜欢我.总以为是自己是不容易相处的人
我的家庭也不是一个和睦的家庭.父母要么就是都不在家,如果在家就是会吵架,甚至打架.

什么叫做make teamate better? 不是说你让队友的能力提升了，这不是场上球员的责
任，而是属于教练开发组的。make teammate better,意思是最大效果发挥体系的作用
，让队友在该体系下”看上去better"，拿到超过该球员水准大家期望的统计数据。比
如纳什的传球让队友拿分容易，所以阿猫阿狗都能拿一手漂亮的统计数据，但这种“
better”不是说纳什让该球员真的牛逼了，个人能力强了。同样make teammate worse
也是这个意思，不是说你让队友的能力变差了。而是队友本来有那个能力，但由于你的
存在系统运转不流畅让该球员打不出来，统计数据看上去很差。
回头来说韦德，韦德变差了，是能力身体变差了还是依旧很牛只是在场上打不出来？看
看总决赛韦德单吃绿都吃不了，上空拦都经常跳不起来高度不够。想想以前闪电侠的速
度和爆发力，这样的worse怪在队友身上，只能说是被队友采阳补阴了。。。。而有意

person，我记不大清了，大意如此。
前段时间，看到这句话，what you believe does not make you a better person,
what you do does. 感触很深，也不免想，我是不是一个better person了？am I a

写帖子时，一抬头，看到上面有句话说，"believe those who are seeking the truth
; doubt those who find it." 心里疑惑，相信不相信别人在做什么，对还是错，正道

发帖数: 1738 | 19 最近在Netflix看了Better Off Ted, 个人感觉是这几年来我看过最好，最逗的讽刺喜剧系列电视剧（其实我很少看电视剧：））。
Better off Ted 的剧情是讲Ted –一个巨型企业（Veridian Dynamic）研发部门的负责人如何巧妙周旋在趾高气昂，颐气指使的直接上级女主管Veronica Palmer（Portia de Rossi饰演）和他的勤恳智慧的研发人员之间，解决工作中的矛盾，出色完成各个项目；并在这个毫无人情味，缺乏社会道德感，利益至上的巨企中仍能清醒地保持一个普通人的良知。每一集剧情有着独立的主题，对话极其简练，句句出彩，笑料百出，讽刺效果出众，我几乎还没乐完呢，一集就结束了。其中Ted的boss – Veronica的台词有时真令人叫绝。贴个link关于ABC给Better Off Ted 做的广告：

3. better low light.
4. panorama mode.
5. 加了个crystal cover
6. A6 smart filter
7. better video performance: video stablization

比较重要的是better low light，不知道能好多少，没有sample 看，如果和lumia 920

CMU is also said to be good at Financial Engineering which deals lots

只留Betterment了。开户前比较两个公司时没有搜到太多信息，这里决定把我的经验
记下来给版友分享。停用Wealthfront跟它的投资表现无关（我相信在同样的stock/
bond的比例下他们都差不多），只是Wealthfront这个公司的前台后台管理充满问题，
让人担忧。具体例子如下：
1. 在开户３个月后收到一封标题为Welcome to Wealthfront的邮件。
2. 为了避免wash sale, 我在使用了一段时间tax loss harvesting就把两个账户的这
个功能都关了。但是Wealthfront仍然继续给我进行tax loss harvesting的操作。
3. 在２０１５年８月底股市那次大跌后，Betterment发来一封邮件，以历史数据来鼓
励投资人继续持有，千万不要这个时候卖。而Wealthfront发来的却是一篇奇怪的文章:

背景：小孩比价小，上小学还有４－５年。税前INCOME３倍的房子。
选择：是坚决选学区好的房子（A）；还是选好点的房子先住再搬（B）？
我们这疙瘩房子贵又老。所以要学校好但又在一个价位就只能房子差点。

上个星期去BOA的branch要求转卡，于是manager打了一个内部电话到信用卡部，
电话里说定了转成better balance，现有的cashback或者points都forfeit（当然残疾
卡是什么都没有），预计处理2-4周等等等等。
今天突然又接到电话，说了一堆，我自己总结大概就是：
1、要转成better balance必须来一个review，即hard pull
2、如果转成cashback123卡的话，就不用hard pull，但是定金deposit也不退。
3、原来残疾卡的deposit如果要退的话，也必须来一个review，hard pull。
这么一来的话，我只有两个选择了（吧？）：
1、在我现有的卡上加上cashback，变成有deposit版本的的“伪123卡”，年费的事情
我忘了问了。
2、来一个hard inquiry，通过review的话，定金退还，转卡成better balance。
我自己还是觉得第二个比较干净爽快，省的以后还是要再转一次。

对于每一笔消费，先是closing date,或者statement date，中文叫出帐单日。之后大
概20天左右是due date。
对于better balance这张卡来说，你不能在closing date之前把那笔消费还了，否则你
的statement balance就是零，没有balance的话还怎么"better balance"啊？所以你就
没有那10刀/月了。
同时，你必须在due date之前把那笔消费还了，否则就不是"better balance"，而是"
bad balance"，这样也没有10刀/月。 |

其实推better ordinary 和推 extraordinary 殊途同归。
家长可以算下自己能afford的推娃最大时间， 和娃不会感到过分torture的被推时间取
较小值得到推娃总时间。
然后把需要推的几个方面列举出来。 按照必要和重要性排序， 给出每一项占总推娃总
时间的最小百分比。 剩下的时间根据推娃的效果再分配。 推不动的项目就不推或者干
脆取消。 推起来事办功倍的项目或者娃喜欢又有天赋的项目就多分配还没占用的推娃
总时间。
就算去目标是州大， 推5%就可以， 为了保险还是至少得推到2%的， 如果只用了最低
预算一半的时间就达到1%， 那剩下的时间何乐而不推呢？ 如果1%以后孩子还没到瓶颈
， 那就是在推extraordinary了！
反正一切都从better ordinary 开始， 推每一步的时候， 都根据孩子的水平， 从比
娃实际水平稍微低一点点的程度入手， 保证推得够细够稳。如果真发现娃的某一方面
已经突破1%， 那在不影响其它必推项目的最低时间和不超过推娃总时间的原则下继续

choose Harvard instead of a community college if you are accepted but
Harvard or MIT may not be the ideal place for everyone. I think one's future
is mostly depending on himself, not what school he went, at least not
entirely.
If you switch the entire student body between Harvard and a community
college, I'm confident the community college will have better chance with

developer in G and A? Of course, my conclusion are only based on the people
I know but I am pretty confident that I have seen enough examples.
In the end, I think this argument of which company has better developers is
