但是对方喊了警察开report，然后就发现我是permit驾车，开了unlicensed driver的
ticket，
当时离我路考还有三天。
下周上庭，貌似后果挺严重的，会被判什么？有人有类似经验么？求助 |

1. 我是副驾上有人，但拿的是宾州的permit, 所以一样被判了个unlicensed driver.
2. 我是被人追尾，后车损伤比较严重，不得不叫警察。
3. 我是两天后考试，而且顺利拿到了license.
到最后出庭时，警方把指控改成了”failed to surrender license"，罚款180$.
感觉我在出庭时已经拿到了License这事儿起到了一定作用。 或者你找个借口让出庭延
期，然后借这个时间把License搞到？ |

论，毕竟是不同的东西各有各的限制法，但如果使用目的上看，说管得同样严不过分，

试剂盒有问题，准确度低于30%（王辰院士也提到过核酸试剂盒的准确度是30%-50%），

朋友开，不幸的事，他超速然后被警察抓。 警察问他要driver license, 他竟然没有
带，而且他只有中国的驾照。然后警察给了我朋友两张ticket ，给了我一张 ticket
给我朋友的是 1) unlincensed operation (section 509(1))
2) speeding 75 mpg,55mpg zone (section 1180B)
给我的是 permitting unlicensed operation (section 509(4))
这三张tickets是在syracuse,NY 开的，如果要上庭要去syracuse,但是我们都住在NYC,
所以打算plead guilty
我有两个问题
1） 警察给我的罚单是 permitting unlicensed operation (section 509(4))，会不

原因是 晚上行车没开大灯。其实我开了近光灯，没有开远光。而且我行驶的车道的双
向车道，不是单向道，对面有可能有车迎面开过来的，所以就没开远光。而且我以前接
受的教育都是晚上双向道的时候开远光的不好的。
然后 我只有learner permit 所以又被警察揪出了unlicensed drive的罪行。我一
下收到了两张罚单。。。哭啊。心疼钱啊。。。
我听说法律上有一种argue的方法是可以写信argue,不知道纽约州行不行啊。求教
各位啊。万分感谢。。。
Unlicensed drive是肯定没法argue掉的，这个我知道自己不对，我想把那个没开
远光的argue掉啊。不知行不？
如果我书面申请argue失败的话能不能选择不上法庭直接交钱？

发帖数: 15 | 24 今天路上说话去了，没有注意限速牌，外加比较早修路的地方没有人，超速了（修路限
速55开到80了），被警察抓了。问题比较严重的是，加州临时驾照过期了5天。警察在
系统里面查到的状态是 no card issued，最后就把车拖走了，说是impound 30天，按
无证驾驶+speeding开的罚单。unlicensed 这个好像可以算作criminal，比较着急。
因为从别的州搬过来，1月份就去换了加州驾照，但是3个月过去了，一直没有收到正式
的。之前打电话问过，说还在处理。昨天我也电话了，不过加州的DMV很少能打进去。
请问一下，有人有类似的情况，想请教一下建议？
现在想到的是，立马去补办一份临时驾照，先把车拿回来。google了一下有人是这样提
前拿回车的。上庭argue一下不是 unlicensed，之前的州的驾照因为钱包被抢，也没有
了，不过那个驾照到今天没有过期。 Speeding 这个只能态度好认了。

起因是本人在做Right Turn的时候转的时机太晚，导致车辆没有进入右道，而开进了右
道与直行道中间的草坪上，草坪与路之间被大概10cm高的砖围起来，我感觉我的后轮是
磕在了上面导致了Flat。对车的其他damage还包括了，车体外部的轻度损伤（虽然没有
撞到东西），以及一片塑料外壳元件的脱落（不知道从哪掉出来的）
车是公司给从Enterprise给租的Nissan Sentra，本人是在NJ持J1签证的实习生。
出事的客观原因一个是草坪上的积雪反光导致没太看清楚路，还有就是当天患感冒，反
应力不如平时，其实本人已经在NJ安全驾驶六个月，从未出过事。
警察来后除了拖走车后还给我开了三张罚单，并要求我周三必须出庭。分别是Careless
Driving， Failure to maintain the lane和Unlicensed， 关于Unlicensed的话，之
前发邮件问了NJ MVC，他们的说法是外国驾照可以在NJ用最多一年，但是必须有
Verify的英文翻译件，但是我还没有。

and there is interference between LTE-U and WiFi (contrary to QCOM's
claim, in fact many cable companies are outraged by that), so unless
vendors have new solution, the customers have to choose LTE-U and WiFi
presence in the air-wave and WiFi is clearly more preferred by the end
users. I know there are ongoing work done by 3GPP, ITU, WBA, etc trying to
address this, but this is far from resolved.

这个登记来者不拒，不过就是要200大洋左右，一年为限，每年续。如果你借执照，这
个费用也要出。
我不知道你的城市的要求，Cupertino的规定就是，就算我是owner GC, 我雇用的subs
也一定要有照，而且具有当年的商业登记，才能通过inspection。我雇用的subs有

Cops nabbed nine hustlers caught hawking items they touted as in-the-box

U.S. government agents have arrested Charlie Shrem, the CEO of Bitcoin
exchange BitInstant, charging him with laundering money for customers of
online drug bazaar Silk Road.
A U.S. attorney in the Southern District of New York said Shrem, along with
alleged co-conspirator Robert Faiella, sold more than $1 million worth of
bitcoins to Silk Road customers. Faiella, a Florida man who allegedly runs
an underground Bitcoin exchanger using the alias BTCKing, was also arrested.
