三条罪如下：

我怪的除了DMV很让人不爽的 legal presence verification之外，我怪了谁？还don't
blame anyone。 试问你申请一个驾照等了将近一年，你手里还是一个temporary 的DL
， 你做何感想。DMV的人说temporary的DL，在系统里显示的就是not issued。警察根
据这个说我unlicensed driving。

上个星期，我和几个朋友去buffalo玩，开我的车。回来路上，我很累，让后让我一个
朋友开，不幸的事，他超速然后被警察抓。 警察问他要driver license, 他竟然没有
带，而且他只有中国的驾照。然后警察给了我朋友两张ticket ，给了我一张 ticket
给我朋友的是 1) unlincensed operation (section 509(1))
2) speeding 75 mpg,55mpg zone (section 1180B)
给我的是 permitting unlicensed operation (section 509(4))
这三张tickets是在syracuse,NY 开的，如果要上庭要去syracuse,但是我们都住在NYC,

现将过程总结一下，希望跟我没经验的人不要像我吃亏上当！
我在世界日报上的广告上找了20几家打电话问价钱。都是报东西，让他们估价钱。
最后找了一家，报的价钱是中等偏下，是老乡口音，保证不临时加价，消费10%-15%看
心情随便给。叫鸿运，号称700万保险，等等。订的是搬家前一天晚上通个电话确认一
下。
搬家前一天晚上，我打电话过去。那人好像什么都不记得了，还问我订的是多少钱
，从哪搬到哪，订的是第二天早上几点过去……我当时有点懵了。对比之前的保证，那
人好像自己说的话啥都不记得了。我只能又重复一遍，后悔没多找一家垫底，头天晚上
再找心里也没底。但愿第二天他们能准时来。
次日届时，果然一个truck跟仨小子来了。进来一看，把之前的价钱马上推翻了。
说小东西太多，不加100块不行。几经讲价，我加了70。主要也是觉得临时找搬家公司

非你动sq footage，不然的话，maintenance都不会影响地税。
我觉得有两个地方需要permit, 厨房浴室，我睡房书房什么不影响结构的改装的就没拿
。浴室是shower pan那里需要测漏，如果去污管道要重新装，需要符合规定的坡度，我
自己就不爬下去看了。如果自己比较handy, 那倒是不需要。厨房的话，日光灯、三孔
的倒真是小事，而且自己也能省电费，我倒是无所谓。如果是自己住的话，多花点时间
也是值得的，要是打算马上卖出去就另说了。其实inspector也是人，最主要跟他们打
好关系，也有通融的，我碰到一个每次都来我家的inspector, 人非常好，就算上午
fail了我们，只要我们马上改正，下午马上回头来pass。
去污管道也有讲究。我的plumber跟我说，他上一个job在Palo Alto去擦别人屁股，那
个业主请了一个unlicensed的来换排污管，结果没装好，全部漏到crawl space那里去
了，下面臭气熏天，而且给几个邻居联合告。

我有个买家的FFL拒收，跟他电话里谈了下，把这个link发给他，就收了。关键是沟通。

另外建议用UPS运。盒子上不要有任何firearm有关字样。运的时候把打印好的FFL带着

尺寸影响很大。 52x12x5一定够了。费用一般是30左右. adult signature要extra不过
一定要。
