于是没有考成。送我来考试的朋友因为公司有急事就先走了，让我自己开回来。结果刚
出来没两分钟，因为不太熟悉路况，cross了 divided carpool lane，被警察pull
over.
关键是我permit单独开车，很严重。警察开了２张ticket,cross divided lane和
unlicensed driving. Ticket上面让在这句话下面签字：without admitting guilt, I
promise to appear at the time and place indicated below.
然后给出了一个superior court, 出庭日期，没有具体的出庭时间。警察告诉我在一个
月内等一封court正式寄来的信。
前两天收到了信，上面给了好几个options, 要求我选：

。但是Trial by Written Declaration不可以用在misdemeanor上，所以那个
unlicensed不可以用这个方法去争。有时候如果你之后拿到驾照（虽然严格来说是之后
的，所以和你当时无驾照的罪无关），拿去给他们看，他们会减轻那个罪。 |

身份问题没法申请正式驾照，平时开车只能揣个国际驾照。
上个月开车打手机被抓，ticket上除了手机违规，还有一项Misdemeanor---Unlicensed
Driver License.
收到法庭传票，除了交罚款外，还得提交Proof of Correction。
他打算直接交罚款算了，因为英文不灵，上庭也白搭，还耽误一天赚钱。现在的问题是
他没法申请正式驾照，也就没法提供Proof of Correction。
不知道这种情况下只交罚款，会有什么后果？
恳请哪位有经验的指点一下，非常感谢！ |

简单说一下背景。一年多前，十字路口等绿灯变黄和红灯后左转中，对面车没停住，T
bone我的车。对方司机是个17岁的高中生，只有学照（Permit)，没有 fully licensed
司机陪同。警察来后给了她罚单。我随后报了自己的保险公司。车报废。由于是全
保，自己的保险公司很快给了赔偿。大约过了将近一年，我的保险公司才和对方的保险
公司 Settle down. 告诉我，由于对方没承认闯红灯，而且我没有证人(虽然我有家人
在车上)，所以只能判我100%的责任。
由于保险公司的赔偿不足以买到类似的车子(我的是几乎全新的车, 差几千块）. 保险
公司也没有赔偿我的冬胎埙失(>$1000）。我自己付了几百块的拖车费。加上今后至少6
年保费上涨。我想到小额法庭以下面的理由诉对方,要求对以上的埙失赔偿.

filing 还没有开始。想法是在文章正式被接受的时候或之前把 provisional filing
定了。问题是这种情况下 conflict of interest 应该怎么写？学校的政策是只要是

现将过程总结一下，希望跟我没经验的人不要像我吃亏上当！
我在世界日报上的广告上找了20几家打电话问价钱。都是报东西，让他们估价钱。
最后找了一家，报的价钱是中等偏下，是老乡口音，保证不临时加价，消费10%-15%看
心情随便给。叫鸿运，号称700万保险，等等。订的是搬家前一天晚上通个电话确认一
下。
搬家前一天晚上，我打电话过去。那人好像什么都不记得了，还问我订的是多少钱
，从哪搬到哪，订的是第二天早上几点过去……我当时有点懵了。对比之前的保证，那
人好像自己说的话啥都不记得了。我只能又重复一遍，后悔没多找一家垫底，头天晚上
再找心里也没底。但愿第二天他们能准时来。
次日届时，果然一个truck跟仨小子来了。进来一看，把之前的价钱马上推翻了。
说小东西太多，不加100块不行。几经讲价，我加了70。主要也是觉得临时找搬家公司

sue them, leave bad reviews on them, or BBB them. there are formal ways to
deal with them, and they will be afraid of that.
but unlicensed workers, they don't have any business, they don't have a
company to sue, they don't have an account on BBB either. they don't care
about reviews, and you don't know where to review them.
so my point is to avoid them if possible. |

fix things for you as he may want to avoid the big trouble.
