Goal:
After BQ in Houston last year, I was a little lost on this marathon thing. I
loved running and racing, but marathon has too many variables. Even though
I just pulled one without potty stop, I hated it, the last week carb load,
the long recovery time etc. Two years of non-stop training to BQ didn't help

that is easily implementable.
What I've described is a very effective approach to learn how to observe the
thoughts.
Do ask yourself whether the thoughts are true, at the beginning, and observe
your emotional states when thinking that thought and its turn-around

Each person has an usual thought pattern due to childhood or other
experiences.
Until those thoughts are inquired, and the person starts to see the

I don't identify myself as my thoughts or feelings.
Thoughts come like guests, which I can discern them as true or not (in the
sense whether they are in alignment with the reality), and I can choose the
thoughts (or their turn-around thoughts by negating the sentence, changing

Feelings are like waves coming upon me, given certain thoughts. They are
