. and Android plainly sucks compared to iPhone's user experience.
If WP7 can (that's a big if) achieve iPhone's usability together with
Android's openness, also with Nokia's support, they still have a good chance
especially in international markets.
US market will be tougher because there are so many Apple and Google fan
boys.

这在手机行里实在是太老调了. 你可以把2 years换成更短都行. 话倒是没错, 但你得
有金刚钻明年才轮得到你揽瓷器活.(注意苹果和Google各自均有). 光坐那儿祈祷没用.

且算这个也没大错. 但微软更应该好好琢磨人家那个超越iPhone的市占率是怎么来的.

The main reason we build this safe room is from an incident few years ago.
Long story short, our family was robbed at gun point.
I believe this was connected to some bad chinese people (although we did not

木中间打眼，锯开，然后上两个长螺丝， stablizer 固定到横梁末端，如图。横梁用
Ｕ－clamp固定到canoe 的中间横梁上，用绳子捆上是一样的，横梁是个方型的铝管，
所以不会滚动，保持浮筒的向下位置 （如果浮筒长，没有关系，水的浮力会保持浮筒
水平）。浮筒可以调整高度，人少低一点，人多高一点，否则水阻力太大。
船头加的这个木块是固定发动机的，买一个最便宜的 $50 (暴利啊，谁要我可以免费做
）， 外面大雪，无法照相了，google 了网上的一张片，作用是一样的。 |

这几年，人老了，虽然几分钟的路，还是感觉累，一个人弄太费劲，经常是兴兴高采烈
的去，疲惫不堪的回。
所以正在想几个方案
1。换稍大点的，john boat，＋motor， 不要stablizer，用拖车。
2。kayak。
3。inflatable＋motor
要不就大，要不就小，这个size的canoe，空间有限，重，一个人很难弄。一个人几乎
无法搞到车顶上，划了车就亏大了。 |

以我认为加一个stablizer，内陆水面钓鱼还是不错的。轻便很重要，一个人弄不动咋

主要原因是：
* 稳定。主要用于湖里或者海湾里。还准备配一个stablizer应付风浪。
* 双座。这样钓鱼的时候有人说说话，而且可以大家一起玩。反正不可能一个人躲着玩
，否则老婆孩子父母都不会答应。
在网上看了看，却不知道哪儿买能够方便、便宜一些。本来现在就准备去罗得岛一个店
里看二手货，打电话过去却被告知都卖光了。
大家给点建议吧，比方说上哪儿买（我们在波士顿和罗得岛之间），价格折扣什么的，
甚至别的更合适的型号。多谢了先。 |

环保，但gas mileage会减小，有的车会受到伤害。现在好像又要立法加到15%。
据说boat motor用的汽油最好加gas stablizer (or gas treatment)，沃玛有卖。 |

哑铃的bench 对stablizer 要求高多了。很帮助。
看来你地一下 mount 是硬上的，很厉害了。
你的sq 和DL 有达到 ２＊BW 实力.
新的重量，哑铃的bench，对于我来说，从７５磅，上到９５磅是个坎，每次把９５磅
的２个哑铃从架子上拿下来，提到bench，放到大腿上后，我基本就没劲了，这个时候
mental很重要，要藐视重量，相信自己，调整好呼吸后，躺下就推，结果比想象的要容
易．从９５磅上到１００磅，虽然一个手就多了５磅，区别还是挺大的，基本靠一声大
吼，就推起来了，推起来以后，就好办了． |

主要是stablizer muscle group 需要一段时间适应和增加。很强了。 适应一段时间db bp 应该
接近barbell bp. 我一直dumbbell / kettlebell, 跟barbell 的动作重量很接近了。 |

我bf在90%左右开始用，我在test 1rm的时候用。
平时练没怎么用。用腰带可以push abs towards the belt, 帮助stablize core.
我自己计划练core的，所以很少用belt。
Loopkill说的对，powerlifting对腰腹的要求还是挺高的，我想要strong abs and
back，对视觉效果要求不是很高，至少现在还没打算把体脂降到很低。
不过说实话，开始powerlifting之后，我的腰部线条和臀部线条绝对是改进了，呵呵。 |

Went to a small AI seminar about Go today and boasted I was a 4d although
I never got any certification. Challenged by a new Chinese student who claimed
to be Beijing 4d with certificate, I doubt though.
Anyway, I hate double bulgy stones. I used to hit the board hard with
moves I feel brilliant (//blush). Now I have to stablize every stones nearby
after each move. The game was badly played I felt shamed to present here.
