2001年的NISSAN，最近发现开车时有时会听见嘎吱嘎吱的声音从外面传来，没管它，后
来发现次数越来越频繁。终于今天开在一个安静的路上，路上很多弯，我发现一拐弯的
时候，声音就出来。
下车看看了，发现在只有左前轮有声音。踩着驾驶室的边，压一下，车上下一晃，就能
清楚的听见嘎吱嘎吱的噪音。
我想可能是悬挂有问题了。不知道是不是弹簧有问题。
想问问明白人，修这个部分要多少钱呀？
因为一直想要不要换个新车开开，如果修这个太贵的话，我就不修了，直接去DEALER那
里TRADE IN 算了，当个头款，换一个两年新的旧车。

这弯道minivan过去肯定没问题，就是这破SUV又是full size，又比minivan重心高，过
弯的系统做的又差。肯定被minivan完爆。花这么多钱买个破full size SUV连过个弯都
侧翻，还真不如买个minivan。minivan应该算神车级别了。哈哈哈哈 |

我很想毕业后能去ICU，然后工作几年再学CRNA。 而且也去ICU 见习过，很喜欢那里的
环境。2个病人，虽然CRITICAL但是不会忙得跟FLOOR NURSE一样，而且问题不会那么焦
虑，什么乱七八糟的关系。一切都是为了STABLIZE 病人。
我身材不算高大，但体重算是中国妹妹当中翘楚的，可即便这样，我还是觉得HANDLE老
美病人很困难。上次跟ICU一个IABP的病人去做CT。 4个人帮忙才能弄过去，有
TRANSPORT 的一个黑人，然后那个什么显示器啊，PUMP啊。呼吸机啊。。一个线都不能
了乱了，如果IABP的机器不小心拔出来了，病人就死翘翘了。
可这搬运的活必须护士参与啊，因为别人不懂机器使用啊。所以搬运，送病人，到挪病
人到CT床位什么的都得自己全程参与，真心类啊。虽然走路不远，但病人很重，而且很

Also, the reality is.... very sadly.... Leukemia isn't something you can
cure. Even in the U.S. there are only procedures to stablize the patient and
prolong their life. Therefore, to sell their house seems like too much of a
sacrifice.

the spiral down, and the banks can have room to breathe, stablize and

value will prevent forced sale caused by just the accounting rule. when they

Anything is possible but as a TA, I'd prefer following the market, not

烟囱有些倾斜---正面看不很明显，但背面可以看出烟囱顶部从房体pull away,中间有
明显空隙。房检师说必须把烟囱stablize一下，防止继续倾斜。房子本身无其他结构上
的问题。请问这是个严重的结构问题吗？房子已有快30年的历史了。如果修理，大约造
价多少？或者有可能扒了重新修一个烟囱吗？那样工程是否太大了？造价又如何？
问题2：
房检师说后院的木头deckor架的不好，因为起支撑作用的几根主要的木头地段都没入了
土中，容易腐烂。他说正确的做法应该让水泥foudation高于地面，所有的木头支柱都
在地面以上。这个问题严重吗？
请高人指点。房子除此两处问题之外，其他都比较合意，现在不知如何取舍。谢谢！ |

If you are in northern part (very short cooling season and does not get very
hot outside) more than 10F temperature differential is good enough.
You need to measure the temperature differential after the system has been
running for a while (not you just turn on), uninsulated duct could take more
than 30min for the system to stablize. Also did you measure in the room
closest to the AC for furtherest away from the AC.

years, and the mid-level has been stablized for a year already.
Yes, our Chinese fellows have lots of cash. Many of them have half a million
