I am still expecting a more stable low body, and working on my right knee.

I currently have as well.
I guess what happened was.. i thought i had it since the July's swing change
, i didn't pay attention anymore. some bad habit naturally ingrained in.
Until now, I found some.

you swing tempo is kind of fast, even you mention "senior" swing.
according to john novesel measure, you are about or close to 21/7. from
start of takeaway to impact, about 0.8 seconds.
it amazes me that your finish balance is very good for such a fast swing.
tiger, phil and a lot others use 24/8
you've got very good flexibility, left knee not much kick in. left arm
straight and hands slight higher than head at top of back swing.

me? I change everyday. my best rounds happened when I have smooth swing.
I wish I could swing as slow as seniors.
i remembered when I hit those drivers, I tried to kill them since I was
playing into the wind.
as far as my balance is concerned, it's not a big deal. everyone could find
his comfort zone.

i guess i am too stiff to stablize something so my swing is. just WORKING..

95% solid shot was just .. my guess. it was from...
95 good/solid hit in my mind / 100 balls I totally hit. = 95%
I barely do the practice swing nowadays in the driving range which is really
bad.
the good practice habit is supposed to be "rehearse every shot before you
hit a real shot, just image you are on the tee-box".
Unfortunately, I don't do practice on-and-off course. No rehearsal on course
is the worst. I just.. don't have the right attitude for months.
