在美国从事房地产经营的七八年来，粗略估算，本人所参加过的房地产拍卖会少说也超
过一百次。趁着目前地产市场萧条，“闲着也是闲着”，不如将我经历过的趣闻趣事写
出来与读者分享。以下所述 基本是我的亲身所历。为增加可读性以及避免有人对号入
座，故事中的人和事稍作修改。
我所知道的非自愿转让（Involuntary Alienation）房地产拍卖在本州有如下几种：1.
Sheriff sale (不知道怎么翻译， 由警官主持)；2. 房地产税拍卖 （Property tax
sale）; 3. 取消回赎权拍卖（foreclosure auction），或叫受托人拍卖（trustee

advantages in this country. Don't try to deny this. It will only lead to the
conclusion that you are not mature enough to have a serious discussion.
Answer this question first, "is the rich in a distressed or worse condition
than what was before, in any time of the history?"

A fair tax law has a better chance of coming to existence than the rich stop
squeezing middle class.
Lower rate is impossible because there aren't enough tax income to support
both rich and poor as it is. The government currently get by by issuing
debt, but that won't last forever. Hoping the government will decrease
spending is also a pipe dream. Because government spending is how many of
the rich people get rich. They won't do anything to jeopardize that.

poor against the rich. just because i am born into a poor family, why hate
on the rich ppl? why try to make it "leveled" by making the rich to be pay
more? dont hate on the rich. work hard, and then u will become a middle
