. They both evoke UHC and option out. Besides, Americans hate "rich" people (not rich rich people, cos rich rich people have their means to avoid taxes anyways)
no matter who the president is. Check out the current federal tax

水流。满月加上incoming tide，tide的方向和船漂移的方向相反，水流非常急，9 oz
的jig很难感觉到底。等jig 到底，我开始jigging， 马上就上鱼了，感觉不大，拉上
来一看，5-6 lb左右的cusk，Rich和Roy说正好拿来做bait，live line 在30 尺水深左
右。 水流急对钓鲨鱼有利，因为水流可以把chum的味道带到更远的地方，吸引更多的
鲨鱼，但是对deep bottom jigging不利，增加技术难度。 我让Rich把船上最重的jig
给我，18 oz的Norweigian jig。即使这样，在cast以后，沉底，也只能jig 5， 6 下
，线就飘得非常斜了，jig 悬空，放线， 沉底，jig， 又悬空，收回，再cast。400

我想了下，这个大project在11月底是无论如何做不完的，哪怕1周工作80小时也不一定

timeline，以笔记本第几页为证，等等，很长。我的一个好哥们帮我修改了，提出很好
的建议，把人名/时间全部写的很清楚，最后说，认为Rich诬陷，不能胜任他的工作，

I have seen too many spoiled American rich kids around.
At the same time, I dont think every chinese rich kid is spoiled. |

《华尔街日报》中文版总编袁莉在网上问：“土豪英文怎么翻译？”引出无数网友的尝试，如newly rich, upstart, provincial tycoon，rural rich，vulgar tycoon，等。南大英文系教授但汉松借用一美国情景戏剧的名字，将其称作“Beverly Hillbillies”，颇为传神，将好莱坞富豪云集的比华利山庄（Beverly Hills）和土包子（Hillbillies）合而为一。只是加州比华利似乎离我们远了一些，容易造成认知上的混淆，所以影评人周黎明先生说，不如本地化一下，改作Beijing Hillbillies吧（北京土包子）。只是这么一来，北京之外的土豪们心里又不平衡了。混了半天，一翻译过来，自己怎么连土豪都不是？
为了照顾这些土豪们的情绪，我也提供了一个译文，叫rich rednecks.在美国南方，没文化的老土常被人称为“红脖子”（redneck），再加上有钱（rich），大概也就是土豪了吧。

美国得克萨斯州休斯顿发生一起神秘命案，一对61岁的华裔夫妇在该市一个僻静社区的自家豪宅内遭行刑式谋杀，休斯顿当局正在对此案进行调查。
据报道，61岁华裔男子Bao Lam与妻子Jenny Lam星期六（1月13日）被警方发现陈尸在得克萨斯州的家中。警方当天接获两人的儿子Rich Lam的求助电话，Rich Lam指称已数天无法与父母取得联系。Rich Lam表示，他来到父母家，没有人应门或接电话，他透过窗户望去，看到房子被洗劫一空，于是报警。
警方晚上9点抵达两人的住宅，当警方到达时破窗而入，发现两人陈尸一楼，尸体遭捆绑在一起并遭射杀，相信两人已死亡超过3天。案发住宅位于休斯顿一个幽静且有保安的诺斯盖特乡村俱乐部社区，房产价值百万美元，该社区只有18栋房子，且有门控。

闯将，不是闯王。就算再把李自成干掉，也还有张献忠等等一系列大小头目
可以冒出来。
明朝的问题是收不上税，太多的rich阶层因为功名的关系免税，yes，
完全免税，比美国要扯淡的多，美国至少50%税收还是来自rich阶层。明朝是
国家全部税收任务压在贫民的身上。
明朝的出路只有：
1. 干死满清，没有辽饷，税收任务就没那么重了
2. 对rich阶层收税，曾经有不少大人物试过，结果都是身死名裂。明朝的
rich阶层就是一帮宁可国家完蛋，不肯自己交税的傻婢。最后被李自成犁
了一遍，又被满清来犁了一遍，结果比好好交税还惨的多。 |
