发帖数: 379 | 1 周末一起爬Shuksan的九个人里，Vineeth、Sean和我都是去年同一个周末被从Shuksan
的trailhead一路浇到high camp，再一路浇回来的难友，不过今年这个周末的天气预报
看起来不错。星期六踩着八点钟ranger station开门的点去领permit，还有一个4个日
本人的队伍和我们差不多时候到。现在Shuksan的permit有限制了，一次只发6个group
，还是所有线路合在一起算的，这个周末的所有permit都已经被预订了，不过有两个的
还没来取，ranger让我们等等，说打电话帮我们问问。等了有半个多小时吧，都在商量
改走Baker的Boulder了，ranger告知那两个group都出了点问题来不了了，于是我们和
那个日本人的队伍一队领了一个permit，皆大欢喜。
大概十点半从trailhead出发的。很小的parking lot，车子都停满了，别看地方很偏，
还真有ranger专门来检查parking permit的... 四面全是云啊，低低的包围着，什么都
看不到，又让我们联想起去年的悲惨经历，NOAA真是越来越不乖了:-( 一开始1.5

when the income tax rate on the rich approches 100%, and still not enogh,
tax the property.
If the rich rejects tax on property, use violance to seize their property.

学现卖，最后还是遇到难题了。我的实习周五就要结束，希望能够把任务完成，留个好

她非常吃惊5岁的小孩怎么会问这个问题，就花好多时间跟小女儿解释，在某些方面他
们不算非常rich, 但是在某些方面他们应该算是rich,因为爸爸有份稳定的工作，他们
有房子住，衣食无忧，最重要的是全家人相亲相爱。
小女孩还是很严肃的要她妈妈给她个肯定的回答，are we rich people? yes or no.
她想了半天，就说，OK， we are rich.
小孩就舒了口气，很高兴的说，"so Mr. president loves us."
原来有一次他们家来了几个朋友，照例又在拿骂布什，说什么he only loves rich
people.
结果就被小女孩听见了。在5岁的小孩心里，大概如果president 不爱她们，是件非常

我想了下，这个大project在11月底是无论如何做不完的，哪怕1周工作80小时也不一定
做的完。我的结局就是被开除，那么还不如拼拼，最坏的后果也是被开除。看样子我和
中国农民是一样的，不到要饿死是不会造反的。
接下来几天我没有做实验（呵呵反正做不完），仔仔细细写了份材料，以实验记录为依
据，仔仔细细写了我那天做了什么实验，又仔仔细细写了为什么我的LC实验没有miss
timeline，以笔记本第几页为证，等等，很长。我的一个好哥们帮我修改了，提出很好
的建议，把人名/时间全部写的很清楚，最后说，认为Rich诬陷，不能胜任他的工作，
let everybody down
写完后，和部门头头M约个时间，谈话。 M主要在听，没有说。听完态度好些了，说会
把我的材料交给大头，就是阿三。让我等消息。又说她知道我找过Rich谈话， Rich告
诉她的，说Rich“worry about you”。想想老美真虚伪，明明告状，还说worry about
me。
和部门头头M谈完话，心里有点希望。可是左等佑等，一个多星期过去了，一点消息没
有。原来Rich见到我还正常说话，现在完全是教训 |

earlier today in which I called middle class needs to pay more tax and
stated they are reliant on jobs created by rich people .
It's not elegantly stated, let me put it that way. I was speaking off the
cuff in response to a question, and I'm sure I can state it more clearly in
a more effective way than I did in a setting like that and so I'm sure I'll

发帖数: 9084 | 49 最近泡了泡本版，看了不少帖子，长了不少见识。 今天有点空，多唐了些，这里单开
一贴，多挨几个thumb up和板砖，呵呵，本人知识有限，出错难免，但我觉的即使有些
错误，不影响我的基本看法，就是美国的财政问题在走向悬崖，必须在10年内控制住。
美国现在是严重分裂，无论怎么选，就差在PA/OH/FL这3个州上面。如果算popular
vote差距也就是2个百分点，4个百分点以上差距就算惨败了。大家都是成年人了，观点
基本不可能改变，政治问题很多时候本来就没有对错的，如果把时间纠结在辩论谁对谁
错上，就真像现在的国会了，天天吵架啥也解决不了。核心是要解决问题。
当然咱们也不是议员，讨论半天其实也没意义。很多人说，不是公民招个P急，不过只
要你打算定居在这里，把后代养在这里，即使你目前不是公民，起码了解一下也没有坏
处吧。有人说我以后回国，美国问题不care了，但现在中国美国基本穿一条裤子了，美
国国债要是垮台了，中国的1T刀多国债打了水漂，对美国出口大幅减少，中国的日子也
会很惨的。
