A new high has been reached of Americans who believe that Obamacare is bad
for the country -- 55 percent.
Rasmussen Reports also said that just 35 percent of 1,000 likely voters
surveyed in a new Obamacare poll believe that President Obama's trademark

燃炮说他和床铺在医保议题上有了一定的突破,就是把参院和党的医保法案一分为二,
一份纯repeal,另一个replace。
感觉是个很聪明的建议啊,纯repeal的那个和党估计没有几个敢投反对的吧?毕竟都喊
了好几年了。
replace的那个就是很多entitlement和花纳税人的钱搞些福利。很多保守派不会投,但
是如果repeal那个过了之后,就会逼着猪党加入到里面,因为猪党从不会拒绝花纳税人
的钱买票蛆。
到那时后医保这个复杂的问题就是两党共同拥有的东西了,因为猪党也加入到replace
里来。如果烂掉,猪党也有不可推卸的责任。

现在Trump的主要争取对象是温和派的共和党参议员,手段是和赵小兰老公唱双簧。
摆在温和派的共和党参议员有两条路:
1. 经过讨价还价,同意赵小兰老公的法案
2. 先repeal, 再replace
现在Trump威胁的是走方案2。如果真这么干,温和派的共和党参议员就立刻日子非常难
过了。关键是无法选择是否同意repeal这一步。
如果同意,那么回到2008状态,下一步replace保守派等得起。温和派连1的replace方
案都未必拿得到。如果对repeal投反对票,那温和派只有转成民主党这条路了。Arlen
Specter以前这么干过,什么下场,温和派也都知道。
看来看去,Trump在HealthCare上胜算很大。

已经说过很多遍,因为奥巴健保本身是政治agenda,是为了政府主导的 single payer
铺路,所以,设计的初衷就是为了自毁,才有那么多奇葩的条款。
GOP 一开始主要想从市场和经济角度想解决问题,目的就是希望降保费,但发现几乎不
可能,因为,奥巴健保给各州财政大肆发钱,各州财政很受益,尤其是小州,对他们来
说是一大笔收入。没法市场化,政府就得投钱,就是所谓的大福利,
因为“人性”的贪婪,给出的福利,历史上就没有民选政府可以收回来。。。。。。
GOP 的替代方案一个一个,就是内部不能过,因没法缩小政府的直接投入,有的还不得
不扩大,市场因素很难贯彻,这里也有保险公司的因贪婪的lobby,还有医师协会和律
师协会的 角力。
GOP 只能走政治解决,就是先 repeal,在倒逼 replace;政治解决的就是说,无论啥
结果,都跟百姓暂时无关了,是这些议员们内部角力,就是这些“玩”政治的人承担结
果。
1,clean repeal,有7 个 GOP say NO. 充分说明,GOP 里有相当的人,当初的承诺就
是 lip service,

The Chinese Exclusion Act was a United States federal law signed by Chester
A. Arthur on May 8, 1882, following revisions made in 1880 to the Burlingame
Treaty of 1868. Those revisions allowed the U.S. to suspend Chinese
immigration, a ban that was intended to last 10 years. This law was repealed
by the Magnuson Act on December 17, 1943.
