Struggle>>, 看了之后觉得挺感慨的。文中讲到此次经济危机如何冲击美国白领及白领
的儿女。一位 GE Capital 的 Managing Director，四个孩子的父亲，经济好的时候能
挣五十多万的上层中产阶级，一旦下岗，他的孩子们就面临着上不起大学的窘境。很难
想象，这样一个住着百万毫宅的家庭居然只有区区２５万的存款－－只够负担四个孩子
大学一年学费的钱，这父母打算怎么退休？这家庭将如何支付突发的意外？而大学呢？
日益增高的奖学金申请人，意味着日益增高的学费，日益降低的教学质量，日益攀升的
财政税收。这位MD应该算是美国中产阶级里还懂得积蓄的一位，很多我知道的美国人，
觉得要是银行帐户里有超过六位数的存款那就算得上天文数字了。很难想象，这样的民
族，这样的国家，他的前程会是什么样子。
大概有人又要为奥巴歌功颂德了，瞧，有了全民医疗，失业的家庭至少不用为医疗保险
发愁了。但你有没有想过这笔钱从哪里来呢？天上掉下来吗？正好掉到你面前？上星期

一个是楼主的保险行业，整个应该取消。毛主席的五保户比这个先进一千年。
二个是所谓的一生行会。
三个是律师。
四个是日益扩大的大政府。

buy it can come and buy it, government has no business in private contract.
it is none of your business either. the other three are the real problems.

发帖数: 3299 | 7 bring it on. Remember it need 67 votes not the supermajority of 60 votes in the senator chamber to overcome the filibuster of a repeal. I will watch how the health care will be repealed. In my opinion, it will only happen in a day dream. Even republican senators are tone down the repeal message to avoid the backfire of voters. 67 votes for such a party line law never occurs in the the complete history of USA since Washington era.

the next presidency. with control of white house, only 60 votes will be
needed to repeal it. btw, 67 votes is possible, but when that happens, it
is not going to be a repeal, but a Consitution Amendment to bannish it for
all eternity. Baby. get a job or starve, you lazy parasites.

from voters. I don't think GOP dare to cancel the insurance benifits for the
low income families that OB approved.

Correct. Even before republicans could muster enough power to repeal it,
they can simply filibuster the next attempt to raise debt ceiling. Obama
is so deep in debt he cannot execute this plan w/o begging republicans
for the ceiling raise. Republicans already can filibuster after S. Brown
came to Senate. It will be even easier after Democrooks lose in MidTerm.
