需要钱。但他老人家还要减税、降低国债，开销多收入少，除了裁减军费大概也没什么
别的办法了。不过还好，如果他可以立刻撤回在阿富汗伊拉克等地的部队，甚至减少在
外国驻军（当然更不能在台湾驻军了），美国将可以省下一大笔钱。咱们且拭目以待，

注意，是撤军，不是裁军 --- 裁减军备不符合他大美国、美国优先的战略构想。
PS，仔细想想，川普所谓的 repeal and replace Obamacare 到底葫芦里卖的什么药？
他究竟能做什么？
首先，他不可能取消全民健保，也不可能恢复 pre-existing condition，这都是正确
的方向，不太可能走回头路。
其次，他不可能降低药价或医疗成本，他本来就是大公司代言人，这会得罪一堆大公司
的。
第三，看看反对 Obamacare 的选民到底在反对什么？好像没听说有人反对强制投保以
及取消 PEC，这些人唯一反对的就是高额保费，这也是他们选川普的原因。

这就是为啥obamacare要崩盘了。中西部很多州obamacare的deductible已经达到13000
刀一年，与此同时纽约和加州很多人吃着福利，看着急诊，叫着救护车，一分钱不花。
这些人包括很多国内过来的中国老人，他们一辈子没为美国贡献一分钱，现在一年10-
20W美刀的医疗费用。
纽约很多华裔老人一周用一次救护车，白卡付费，一次400刀。这已经是公开的秘密了。
我不是批评中国人，中国人利用规则，没啥错误。我只是举例说明obamacare的荒谬之
处。现在DEM就是用这600W人来讹诈7000W美国人。
这也是为啥GOP free caucus拼死也要repeal，然后让市场决定health care，因为这些
GOP的选民根本没从obamacare获利一分钱，还被折腾的看不了病了。
