Former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton dubbed the GOP "the
death party" on Friday.
She blasted Republicans in a tweet over the Senate GOP's recently unveiled
bill to repeal and replace ObamaCare. “Forget death panels,” Clinton
tweeted. “If Republicans pass this bill, they’re the death party.”
Clinton’s jab follows an earlier tweet urging her followers to “speak out
” against the Senate GOP’s bill. |

我觉得医疗服务价格高的两大理由是
a 供给小于需求
b 司法体系里容忍烂诉的后遗症迫使服务商浪
费资源就为了免责。例如医生看病做计算机记
录以防止将来被诉讼。自然的，真正用在每个
病人的看病时间就相应的缩短了。
所以为了降低医疗服务的成本
应该从这两方入手
a 增加服务，鼓励私营竞争。想想为什么今天
的计算机这么便宜就懂公平的市场竞争的好处了
b cap法律诉讼的惩罚，减少医患之间的显著矛
盾。这样减少的浪费就会体现到降下来的价格中。
obamacare的做法完全不是从这两方入手
2700多页的规则需要
保险公司全部吃进然后分发到每个纳税人的头
上就是capital redistribute的原理
除了保险公司和医院医生护士为了防止烂诉
继续浪费资源为了免除自己的责任带来的额外
浪费没有质的变化。

Romney也不能repeal，如果要repeal的话，只能是国会立法。
他承诺的解决方案就是利用行政命令的方式，给所有的州waiver，
免于执行医保法案而不会受罚。这等于变相取消了医保法案了。
目前奥巴马已经授予了很多工会控制的企业，以及他的不少金主医
保法案的waiver了。 |
