很多是不用pay it back的，直接从death benefit里减掉的啊，有公司policy
interest rate十年后基本上是0%，比如ING。当然很多policy都在变化，说不准什么时
候有个好的policy出来，过不了多久保险公司发现赔钱，又让policy马上过期 |

this calculation an extra benefit or is it a mandatory step to determine (so
refi does not cost more)?
(I know how to use the interest calculation formula in excel, make two
different calculations (25Y vs 30Y) and compare, but I am mainly asking a
theoretical question. Maybe, I can only fully understand after making that
calculation LOL?)

cost refi.
When you set up in Excel, make sure you treat the extra $500 as repayment of
principal.
I don't think you need to consider the rest of your points. |

refund of the relocation allowance, etc.Be professional.
If your company is professional, it will not "fire" you at this time.
Without the two weeks, your work/projects cannot be transferred smoothly,

Is it a dumb lottery process or is it smart enough to check which company
applied? Is it fair to not give let’s say 20 visas google applied and give
5000 visas to TCS. I believe there is some intelligence, there is some
criteria to distinguish us based companies from Indian based companies. I
