1. 我在2017年用的是Medical FSA，在2018年转到high deductable的insurance并存了
HSA
2. 2017年12月28日去医院看病，医院在处理完保险后2月份把账单给我。我当时没有搞
清楚reimbursement和用FSA卡付款的区别，在2月12日用FSA的卡在医院的网站付了款。
因为2018年2月15日之前可以reimburse 2017年的医疗费用，FSA里面当时还是有钱。
3. FSA的公司要求提供收据和EOB，我都提供了。但他们说付款在2018年，需要提供
2018年的账单。我打电话质疑我没有选择2018年的FSA，为什么2月12日用FSA卡付钱会
走2018年的FSA，FSA公司说2017年的钱没有用完会rollover到2018年，在2月15日前可
以用于2017年费用，到2月15日后就只能用于2018年费用。
问题是如果我提供2018年的账单在clear这笔支出，这意味着我在2018年同时有FSA和
HSA，报税时会被罚款。有人建议repay这个支出，但repay后这部分钱还是进入2018年

players anything. It is more of a daydream to hope that they would pay
couple hundred million for a dead company just to pay the players back. They
did nothing wrong and they did to their own interest.
We are screwed because FTP not the Frenchman. The strict repayment plan only

破产严格的说法是a legal status of a person or an organization that cannot
repay the debts it owes to its creditors.
CA政府没有钱, 应付帐款, 比如tax refunds, contractors, employees, 没有现金.
如果CREDITORS坚持要现金, CA政府拿不出来, 就破产了. 但是这种事情是不会发生的.

次级抵押贷款危机（简称次贷危机）之后，Alt-A和选择性可调整利率贷款（
option ARM）将是另外两颗等待引爆的定时炸弹。
美国住房抵押贷款市场可分为三个档次，优质(Prime)贷款面向信用等级高的客户(
信用分数在660分以上)；次级（Subprime）贷款通常指信用分数低于620分，收入证明
缺失，负债较重的人；而Alt-A贷款介于两者之间。
对于选择性可调整利率贷款来说，买房者在最初几年只需要每月按揭支付非常低的
利息（如1%），人们给这种利率取了个名字“引逗利率”，因为等到2年、3年或者5年
之后，重新设定利率时，买房者每月还款会大幅增加，甚至上涨数倍。
