下面这段话是说这种官司是要陪审团来裁定（不太合理的要求是不容易被接受的）。如
果输了官司，也不大可能把你个人住的房子收回去，也不大可能判你从工资里扣除。尤
其是你家里这种情况，两个小孩，只有一个人有收入。
所以，俺的理解。如果对方损失其实没有那么大，就是想要点钱，也不一定愿意赔上时
间精力跟你耗。如果你表现出没有什么油水，对方可能也就放弃了。毕竟已经得到了10
万。如果最终对方不怕麻烦一定要起诉，你只好请律师。由于你的经济情况，你最好摆
出死猪不怕开水烫的架势，要钱没有要命有一条，跟丫拖下去。对方也不过就是想要点
钱，也不一定想打持久战。

tax就prepaid了；如果不buy out，再repay回来
这种全额纳税有违背sales or use tax的概念，当然很多时候法律就是没有逻辑的。

repayment to your 401k loan is after tax income. So you are mixing your
after tax money into your per tax money pot. When you take out 401k when

enjoy a good rate (which is the rate you got). If it is investment property
, you will be charged at higher rate.

很多人都没想明白，撇开那些数字不论，能让你成功的是你支配金钱和资源
的能力。钱放在你的户头上，你可以支配它，use it to wherever you think
it fit。钱还给了银行，你丧失支配力，你需要的时候就没那么容易再拿来
用。我一手欠银行 $1M 支付 5% 利息，一手存 $1M 拿 3% 利息。有人看来
我损失了 2% 的利率，在我看来我得到了支配 $1M 的能力。支付的利差是我
保存这种能力的代价。如果我看到机会，我可以让 $1M 变成 $2M。但是如果
钱都还掉了，有机会你也没办法。
当然，什么东西都有个度。利差大了，也许就不值得了。
这只是个纲领性的东西。有人说你给我一百万我也不知道该怎么抓机会，或者
说有机会我也不愿意承担那个风险。
