没有负重没关系,告诉你另外一个练法:在支撑的姿势把手往下(腰的方向)放,就是
说你手臂和身体的加角小于90度了,比如80度,70度等。。再下去,再推起来。

今天deadlift 1RM到了185lb,教练说我form是对的,但是腰开始有拱的倾向了。我就没
再加重量了,上次1RM好像是155,还是不要冒进的好。教练问我有没有背上感觉有压力
,我到没觉得。倒是屁股和大腿连着的地方很有压力,不知道是对是错啊?

12/30, Santa brought Xbox Kinect bundle, therefore, 45 minutes Dance Central
, kind of a workout. Then I tried the demo Nike+ Kinect Training, wow, that
's quite a workout. I only did the 12 minutes fitness test. I got perfect
squat form, but for some reason, it keeps asking me to keep my butt up
during pushup test, not sure what to make of it. I think I might buy the
game once its on sale.

我在减肥版呆了一阵子了,运动能力应该还可以,受伤前跑过全马,p90x刚刚做过一次
了,里面pullup做不来,pushup动作不太标准,其他的基本都没问题。
