After the initial loading phase, propulsion starts to occur and the foot
begins to come off the ground. The center of pressure should move towards
with the big toe acting as a locking mechanism before the foot leaves the
ground. This locking insures that the foot acts as one entire unit, allowing
for greater propulsion. Unlike what many suggest, do not try and get any
extra propulsion out of pushing off with the toes.

刚翻文件，搜索sequoia，还看到个巨搞笑的投诉，尼玛sequoia车主把sequoia的
轮胎标配生产商给投诉了，说是才4个月，4kmile的车子轮胎磨损不均匀，这尼玛明显
是车子alignment问题吧，结果怪到轮胎上了，丰田车主真奇葩
可惜看完翻过去了，没留快照，也忘了当时用的啥关键词了 |
