个世纪90年代提出的新兴舰船动力方式。
在IEP系统中，主机的动力全部先通过发电机转成电力，再通过配电设施来供应船上一
切的次系统；而在IEP架构下的推进系统，就是用来带动推进器的电动马达，算是系统
之中的一个吃电负载，不再由主机通过传动齿轮来直接带动。由于电力管理分配技术的
大幅进步，整合电力推进系统之下，主发电机所产生的交流电力可直接通过管理系统经
过变压而任意分配给所有不同的负载，而不是过去的单独供应或转换成直流的方式。

郑小清博士于1990年毕业于西北工业大学，随即进入中科院工程热物理所博士后流
动站工作。1992年至1997年，先后在加州大学尔湾分校和科罗拉多大学丹佛分校从事叶
轮机械计算流体动力学，湍流与转捩流计算分析。1997-1999随MIT的K. J. Bathe教授
开发ADINA气-固耦合有限无程序开发。1999年进入工业界，先后在EATON，GE (美国通
用电气) 任高级工程师，新产品开发经理，技术带头人，专业总师。期间在MIT Sloan
商业管理学院学习并获技术管理执行证书。现任南京天一航空科技有限公司董事长，辽
宁天一航空科技有限公司总经理。2017年5月起任中国科学院工程热物理研究所客座研
究员。

Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, where he participated in the
development of solid and liquid rocket power plants. In 1951, he was one of
