贷款的unpaid principle要加上大概700块的利息，才是hud上的104，对吧？也就是说
，loan payoff amount是要比unpaid principle要多利息那块，以前每月due day是每
月1日，所以现在这个加在unpaid principle上的是整个3月份的利息，对吧？
因为是no cost refi，可这样，hud表202是unpaid principle，这样利息就要现在直接
交，那把这利息也算到refi的贷款总数里，这样比现在直接付现金，好还是不好啊？
hud的303这样看来就很高，要付home insurance从今天5月底开始的一年，又要付部分
property tax，再加上整个3月的原贷款的利息。
那我能不能让broker结算一下旧escrow帐户的余额，这样可以先少付点。

不同。比如一个在电信公司做了几十年软件的老PRINCIPLE，
也许C玩的滚瓜烂熟，C++也不错，但你让他出去用最新的J2EE
构架做套ENTERPRISE等级的商业软件，他肯定瞎米。。
一个好的PRINCIPLE，最好是能与时具进，从低级的到高级

来uk也有一些日子了。接触过的老师也不少乐。习惯上我将英国的老师分为两类，
一是本土人，二是其他国家的（包括所有欧盟和英联邦国家）。
英国的教师称谓，级别和美国比较起来有不少差别。据我的了解这里的顺序是
lecturer---senior lecturer---reader(or principle lecturer)---professor
和美国的assistant pro---associated pro---pro 多有不同。记得看过一篇文章
说过一个lse的senior lecturer 等于美国的associated pro。个人认为senior lectur
er
应该只能等于assistant professor。不然 reader算什么。
我不大清楚principle lecturer 和 reader之间的关系。我个人认为是同一个级别。
不过有个不同的是：reader可以升级成教授，但是principle lecturer 我目前为止没发
现
这种例子。另外我在招聘广告发现，似乎reader的薪水比principle lecturer要高那么

买个50万意外险挺合算的。
对了， 我又看了一下， $10是family cost. 还不止保一个人。
更合算了。

我原文的意思是__并不是__为了说明什么是H-H 模型（我重点强调了“并不是”）. 而

是为了说明当初H-H 是怎么推出来 H-H 模型的。他们的推理过程当然中间有很多假设
现在看起来是不够严谨的，比如说他们当初就是假设钠离子通过然后运用Boltzmann's
principle推出来
的，也比如他们假设离子电流和胞外离子数量没关系，等等，等等，等等。但这正是我
写原文的初衷： 就是如何在对一个新现象了解不多的情况下，凭着物理上的直觉，做
出天才般的假设，抽象出一个完美的数学模型出来。
这种思维方式才是对现在的生物学家有借鉴意义：就是如何简化一种系统；如何抽像出
一个模型；最后如何用数学去描述。
（2）你有个很不好的习惯，就是对自己过于自信，以至于没看清我原文的含义（这话

我们公司HR没有权利决定办绿卡，只有principle才能决定
HR说 "你现在才是H1B第二年之类的,不用急"，最后说“principle马上会找我谈”，其
实是转述principle的意思。当我在公司的厨房和principle谈起绿卡的事情，他知道已
经无法回避这个问题，所以先下手为强。

过了将近一个月我去找HR，HR说老板没有和她说起，但说明天给我答复。过了一个礼拜
再去找HR，说你不用着急，你现在才是H1B第二年之类的，最后说老板马上会找我谈。
又过了一个星期，还是没声音。十月初我在公司咖啡室碰到老板就随口说起绿卡的事，
他说隔一天找我谈。过了一天，他找我谈我说公司不要我了。
