Engineer, 之前是Principle Software Engineer，都有带人。
去年提交的EB1C，收到RFE，当时比较大意，Principle Software Engineer的写的不是
很好，夹带了部分individual的工作。公司律师也没有提醒。。提交后被拒。律师说据
信认为manager不满一年，认同Consultant的manager职责，但是认为Principle不是完
全的manager工作，不符合。律师认为officer混淆了通常的Principle Software
Engineer job description和我的job duty。推荐走MTR。当时征求律师的意见是否直
接重新提交更好，律师坚持先走MTR。
重新细化整理了Principle Software Engineer的具体工作职责，但是Job description
是公司通用，没法改的。律师MTR指出我的job duty和标准的Principle不一样，因为我

，任何相信圣经的教会都会有人相信并实践的。
二、我不清楚怎样解释‘“圣经”“新约”明确要求女人在教会要“闭口不言”’。
我不知道这个教导是不是绝对的，或“明确”。
例如，哥林多前书十一章，
4 凡男人祷告或是讲道（讲道或作说预言下同），若蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。 5 凡
女人祷告或是讲道，若不蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。因为这就如同剃了头发一样。 6
女人若不蒙着头，就该剪了头发。女人若以剪发剃发为羞愧，就该蒙着头。
这些经文意为，女人可以讲道（先知预言）只有蒙头（要不就剪头发）就可以了。与哥

但是科学家在最近几十年来却发现地球并非平平无奇，而是有很多因素令她成为出奇地

七月四日，是美国国庆日。在美国居住二十多年，每年看美国的国庆日庆祝活动，都相
当感慨，它至少有两个特色：
首先，美国各地的庆祝活动，不是官方为了宣传国家强大、执政党伟大光荣正确而组织
的，而主要是由民间团体或私人公司举办的。像纽约每年的国庆焰火，都是由梅西（
Macys）百货公司举办的。焰火相当绚丽多彩，据说要几百万美元。而首都华盛顿的焰
火，以及各地的庆祝游行活动等等，几乎都是私人团体举办的。而不像共产国家那样，
从来都是倾国家之力，做政府一手操纵的宣传。
美国国庆纪念活动的第二个特色是，它虽然是纪念国家的建立，但主要是赞美这个国家

你没有提到Interface,这个在具体实现中也是很重要的。 C++可以用Multiple
Inheritance,可能不需要用Interface也可以。
具体实现的时候还可以考虑Observer Pattern, Iterator Pattern, Builder Pattern,
Decorator Pattern这些。
OOP设计还要遵循SOLID原则:

1) 1400 is your monthly. 1095 go for principle only if you don't pay 20K extra principle. After you pay 20K extra principle, it should be say, 1200 (exact number depends on your loan) out of 1400 goes to principle.
In another word, your monthly payment do not change. However the ratio (of your monthly) goes to interest dramatically drop after you pay extra principle. |

加入贷款10万，30年，年利率 5%， 比较一下2种情形：
1. 如果按照要求每个月付 537,
那么第一个月你付了 417 interest and 120 principle,
第二个月你416 interest and 121 principle
2. 如果你地一个月付了10537, 也就是你多付了10,000刀， 那么按照协议你第二个月
仍然需要付527, 不过因为第二个月初你的total balance = 100,000 - 10,000（第一
个月多付的） - 120 （第一个月537中的principle部分） = 89,880, 那么你第二个所
付出的537中，利息部分支出为 375 = 89,880 * 0.05/12, principle 部分为162.
比较2种情形，因为第一个月多付出了10万，所以第二个的利息支出减少了41，支出的
principle 增加了相应的数目， 最终效果是总利息减少和提前还完贷款
所以利息的减少从你多还本金的第二个月就开始了，而不是只是减少了最后几个月的 |
