章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。
我个人从这里寄出去的材料包括：
1.国内护士执照的公正，在这里网上找的公证处，在纽约，叫最佳公正，电话
7183212810
2.指纹卡，就在我住的地方的警察局办的，free
3.handbook上的申请表，贴一张照片在右下角（handbook链接：http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf）
这一页有一项是填社会安全号，我当时没有就空着的，没有关系。
4.两张支票，一张办指纹的($51)，一张申请的($75)
5.写了一封信，表示感谢，一张纸，很客气的几句话
从学校寄出的材料：
1.中英文成绩单（学校有，我来之前到学校教务处办好的）
2.学位证书和毕业证书中英文版（来之前自己办好到学校教务处办好的，盖好了章）

至于同性和乱伦的关系，人家说的根本不是法律能不能修改成允许前者禁止后者。人家
说的是，反对限制同性婚姻的微薄理由同样适用于反对限制包括乱伦在内的许多异类“
婚姻”，这是法律范畴的问题，是个很严肃的问题，直接关系到这个问题应该用粗暴的
法律手段来解决，还是让社会自己去解决。
至今为止，未见哪怕一个自私的gay和其好心但********的支持者们说出为什么同性婚
姻不能限制，但乱伦能够限制。

thinking it was 569... than 596.
2. I did calculate the principle after a number of years. It turns out that
before 4.3 yrs (for example 1 yr), remaining principle for case (2) is
smaller than case (1). If it is more than 4.3 yrs, for example 5 yrs, the
remaining principle for case (2) is more than case (1). I did not calculate
when case (2) remaining principle again smaller than (1) and I think it

内不太需要考虑学区的问题，
所以打算在适合投资出租的town买个condo，先自住个几年，看情况买好town的SFH，然
后把这个condo出租。
看了一些房子，同时做了一些调研，基本情况是这样:
一个2br, 1000 sqft的condo，1986年盖的，6层的大building，在Boston地区绝对算很
新的(我们苦呀)。
Short sale，要价$150K。
假设能拿下的话，这个complex里面(一共100户左右)，市场价格租金在$1600/month左
右，$1500很容易租掉，$1700+就难一点。
我大体上算了一下，不知道靠不靠谱。大家帮忙看一下:
从自住的角度看:
假设我down 30%，然后30yr fix 4.5%，rent 按照$1600算，房价假设不涨(这年头，不
继续跌已经不错了)，房租假设每年涨2%，
如果不买房，down pay加上每个月的principle拿去投资，收益率7%，interest抵税税

a separate payment to your mortgage and you have a drag down menu to specify
the extra money goes to principle.
I used check once before, even I wrote "Apply to Principle only", they just
ignore the writing and apply the amount to my next payment first, then my
principle. (I don't have an escrow account.). I had to call them and
asked for correction.
