Summary
Netflix is absurdly overvalued.
Even using very optimistic assumptions for growth and margins, NFLX may
still be 30-50% overpriced.
NFLX's rising content costs per subscriber will likely continue to
hamper free cash flows for the foreseeable future.
Based on more realistic assumptions, NFLX could be 60-80% overpriced.
Valuation doesn't matter; until it does. The path to being a great
investor is to ignore the short term and focus on long-term risk and reward.

Do not be so pessimistic!
If you have your cut off date as of today, you highky likely will get your
GC within 3 years.
Look at 10% unemployment rate for this year and possible double recession
for next 3-5 years. it will be very minimum PERM applications and Cut off
date will be current within three years...
It is important to do forward looking, not backward analyzing data.

First: 3万 ROW is questionable.
Second: future number of EB3I to EB2I is unknown and unpredictable. (
Although many of us tried to estimate and forecast it. :))
Not too pessimistic but should not be too optimistic. That's why we still
need to fight. Once it is handled in a correct way, it will only make it

On this kind of issue, it's wise to be pessimistic. So there's nothing
wrong with you.
I'm becoming more optimistic than before because I believe that there'll be
a lot of spillovers in 2012, which can help Chinese EB2 with PDs up to
probably January 2009.
Then October to December 2012, Charles Oppenheim should build inventory and
may cover 2009 PD up to July or August.
