但是这个很主观，大家也经常看到主裁overrule后来又被鹰眼驳回的
这个情况主裁第一时间没有overrule就不可能再overrule了，不然得把2个球员都搞毛了
一般情况下如果对手非要让分（比如说一些小比赛），可能会导致裁判判

之前有抱怨说鹰眼的应用导致主裁不愿意overrule了，反正player可以

1）这个球必须let.
If the call is corrected from “Out” to “Good”, then a Let must be played
unless the Chair Umpire in his/her sole judgment determines that it was a
clear ace or a clear winning shot that the player could not possibly have
retrieved.
2）Overrule必须立刻喊。也就是说她一等就已经没法再overrule了。
3) Overrule必须主裁100%确定才能喊。如果需要检查mark才能确定的就已经不能喊了，
否则违规。
4) 这种主动检查mark的情况很少见，但是看上去合法。也就是说这个球改判let是
合理的。通常来说正常的过程应该是：

challenge但赛点二发被叫out的情况下，主裁应该主动不要overrule（除非有99%的把
握IN），等发球方来challenge。这时候100%不会出问题。
唯一的risk就是，发球方发昏不去challenge，而主裁不可能在扭头看到发球方没
challenge之后还去补加overrule。简单理解作1%可能，所以最终他不出问题的机率是
99%左右。
所以要么他有99%的把握，那就去overrule；没有的话，就去赌发球方challenge。

1）OPT和F1身份并存时，是OPT overrule F1么？
下个月月底答辩,Official毕业时间在今年的12月，所以按理说是到那时都是F1身份。
但是我去年办了OPT，因为一些个人原因，毕业被推迟，OPT今年9月过期。
根据学校国际处的说法，OPT把F1的身份给overrule了，所以得按OPT的时间来。过期后
会有两个月的GRACE TIME, 即11月初我就必须离境。
之前也是国际处的一个失误导致我的OPT无法延期，所以现在不是很信任他们的说法了
。所以在此想跟大家确认一下，是不是这样的情况呢？
2)F1-OPT转B1需不需要面签？被CHECK的可能性有多大？
11月底我需要在美国开一个会，那么再次入境可能就得重新换B1签证。
（B2也许准备起来更加简单，但是我觉得鉴于我刚刚毕业又再次入境，B2没有B1说得通
。）
我已在国内找到了一份实习，去参加这个会议也会是代表这个公司去。会议主办方应该
也会可以开参会证明。
现在我担心的是，签证的时间会来不及。

去年10月份回国出差，出境的时候把H1-B上的I-94交了。回来的时候，因为护照还有一
年到期，飞机上领的I-94被Mark上了一个到今年3月底的日期，当时的officer说让我
renew护照后，去local office换I-94。我当时不清楚CBP的概念，所以renew护照后先
联系了USCIS，告知这事需要联系CBP。本人在湾区，所以先去了CBP downtown的Office
，被告知他们只改错的I-94，我这个不属于错误，他们不改，但是同时告知我不用担心
，H1-B overrules I-94。遂放心，但是还是给公司律师写了封信，问有没有问题，该
律师告诉我她没遇到这种情况，需要查，一查就查到年三十，突然给我写了封信说I-94
overrules H1B，我必须立刻申请新H1B。周末考了半天的古，查到有人在机场解决了
该问题。今日一大早又去了机场CBP office，结果运气不好，要求换I-94未遂，并被告
知的确要File一份I-539；不死心，重新去了一趟downtown的CBP，这回和去年的回答一
样：“你不需要换i-94”。 |

刚刚拜读了Gilbert的大作 Winning Ugly, 很长见识。和其他枯燥的网球书不同，
Gilbert在这本书里讲了很多有趣的故事。
看完了有点奇怪，似乎过去网球选手的球品很差。而且Gilbert提到的三个著名的例子
，竟然都是天王级的人物。
Connors, 在 Gilbert打出 overhead match point winner以后，表现得 totoally mad
, 和裁判，司线大喊大叫，闹了5分钟之后裁判竟然 overruled last call.
Mac, 一个关键球 Gilbert确信在 inside line, Mac跟裁判闹了10分钟，那天只有 40F
, 10分钟之后 Gilbert都快冻僵了。虽然裁判没有 overrule, Gilbert也没找回节奏。
Lendl, 在不利形势下，每个发球会拖到40多秒，而且和裁判抱怨观众干扰，抱怨对手
在没分之间花太多时间 (其实是他磨磨蹭蹭) ，抱怨每个 line call, 尽可能地打乱对
手节奏。
这些事情，在现在的 APT好像都是很少见 |

偶以为另一种可能性是不言而喻的明了。
Shava赛点发了一个2发，边裁判出界，主裁有80%把握球在界内。此时
主裁看见Shava已经示意challenge. 他应该怎么做？
答案：让Shava challenge.
情况1：challenge完，球在界内。Shava得到1发，Shava challenge数量
没有减少，效果等同于overrule.
情况2：challenge完，球出界。边裁正确，Shava丢一分，主裁很庆幸
当初多亏没有overrule.

这个可以说一下，有些球员发球的时候扭腰很严重，所以（以右手球员为例）他们的左
脚跟在下蹲时会往前转，甚至超过发球线，但是只要过线的部分不踩下去，就不算。脚
