米碴一样. Old Fashion, 应该是烘烤过,压扁了的,所以速食.
Steel Cut有嚼头,适合我这种喜欢吃粗粮的人.

头天晚上，1cup oat，4 cut water，煮开，大火一分钟。
关火，盖盖子。第二天早上直接拿出来就能喝了。

干等等西点配一杯牛奶是最常见的。好吃是很好吃，但是仔细想想，虽然比外面卖的西
点少了很多糖和油，但是含量仍然不低，也不是非常好的选择。身体经过了一夜的饥饿
，早起血糖含量是很低的。这些主要由精白面再加糖做成的点心，升糖指数（GI值）低
不了。血糖升高得很快，刺激胰岛分泌胰岛素来消耗这些糖分，然后血糖又比较快地下
降，这个时候，人反而会觉得比之前更加疲劳，并且因为精白米面的东西纤维含量低，
消化快，也容易出现饥饿感，就是我们通常所谓的“不顶饿”。疲劳加饥饿，于是又去
找东西吃，可是很可能找的还是类似的食物，对缓解疲劳和饥饿帮助不大。这个是薯条
娘最近才学到的知识，很好地解释了一个困扰我很久的问题 - 就是白天常常觉得疲劳
，没有精神。开始时候以为是有了孩子才容易疲倦，后来读到不少有关升糖指数和粗粮
饮食的文章才明白过来。所以，调整饮食是薯条家最近的一大动向。虽然不是很大的改
变，也没有太长的时间，薯条爸妈已经能感觉到变化了-食量变小，人变精神，疲劳感
