行政对菜价的强力打压，终于产生明显效果：菜价暴跌，菜农哭天无泪，一些青菜被迫
丢弃。有关部门表态帮助农民卖菜，但他们解决这一问题时的能力，显然不及当初打压
价格时生猛。
我询问了家乡的情况：化肥比去年上涨20%多，种地成本大大增加。所有菜农全部
亏得血本无归。今年严重干旱，我家里的那点土地已经浇了几次水，且不说这些成本有
多少，这仍不能阻止粮食减产的大趋势。我父母的估计是，今年要减产30%以上，浇水

我经常买黑豆紫豆的, 配棕米, oat, 桂圆, 熬简易版八宝粥. 这个比白米饭要健康很
多.
老中最好不要吃太多白饭. 尤其在美国, 尽量减少rice的摄取量吧. |

还有就是要发泡的效果的也会用很多.
我看小孩早上吃的cereal里面, 玉米占的比重最大. 普通cereal里面也不少, 不过相对
oat的比例大了很多, 当然也可选. 学校里, 我大概印象, 除了一个bran的cereal, 没
有不含玉米的.
小资文科女大嘴一张就瞎咧咧, 老美party里最常见的各种tortilla chips, 吃的玉米
可一点也不少. 各种picnic烧烤, 烤玉米也是必不可少.
相对来说, 亚裔的大米的食用比例高很多, bakery少一些, 玉米算是吃的少的了.
不过老美对gmo的玉米是确实不在乎. |

米很多年了。
淀粉也要看什么淀粉，高fiber高支链淀粉的食物消化慢，不容易引起血糖波动。
根据你运动多少，淀粉占能量的30%－60%左右比较好，多运动多吃，少运动少吃。
吃太多和完全不吃都不好。中国人常见diet里面淀粉成分确实偏高，蛋白又偏低。 |

我自己就很少吃洋早餐, 一般也就是roasted oat之类.
就观察周围土著, 她们早上貌似也就是买个 bun, donuts之类的配咖啡, 还有拿根
banana的.
小孩基本都是在学校吃free breakfast.

出沉淀，说明这些for all vehicle的里面还是有phosphate或者amine之类的东西的。

往国内寄东西一直用paypal的shipping功能，从未出现问题，这次可愁死我了。
寄的都是些保健品，Toms牙膏和Oats这些不值钱的东西，填写报关表的时候，每一样我
单价都填写的2刀-8刀不等，见图（这个是paypal transaction details里面的截图）
。在付款前的那一页我还清楚的记得，包裹内商品总价值是138刀。但是打印出label就
傻眼了，总价值怎么就变成1074刀了（见图）。
开始我以为是系统的问题，void了label之后换了浏览器重新购买了一个label，但是打
出来还是跟刚才一模一样……
有没有有人也遇到这种情况？求教！ |
