这wheat seed是不是就是小麦啊？放着可惜能不能烧粥喝？

这不就是脱壳小麦嘛
外面那层硬壳对种子发育没任何关系的，是果实成熟过程中包在果实外面起保护作用的
现在看到的黄色是外层，磨下来就是所谓麦麸
磨掉黄色这层以后里层磨成粉就是我们平时吃的面粉
果发现长出来的草不如小包的oats水灵，猫们都很不给面子。。看来还是得买oats..

那天老美突然问了我句：你们中文里关于做爱，有多少种表达方法？
来一则，发生在我和另外一名美国留学生之间。当时他们都已经被诸如“戊、戌、
戍、戎、戒”或者“己、已、巳”这样的汉字给折腾得快疯了，我很得意，经常有
意无意就在他们面前夸耀中文的博大精深。结果有一天，这老美终于忍不住了
那天我又跟他们说起中文里关于“妻子”有多少种说法，“吃饭”又有多少种说法，
如此等等。说着说着，这老美突然问了我一句：“K，你们中文里关于做爱，
有多少种表达方法？”
我听他这么问，也没想许多，就拿出张纸来开始给他写，穷举了从文雅的
云雨交媾到粗俗的XX（注，此为屏蔽）等大概三十来种中文里关于做爱的
表达方式，完了把纸递给他，心想：你小子这下得服气了吧？
孰料那老美接过纸后扫了一眼，淡淡说道：“K，我们英语里关于做爱的表
达方式实在是太多了，一张纸写不下，今晚回去我e-mail给你吧。”
我愣住了，茫然地点了点头，说了声好。
那天晚上，我在自己的邮箱里看到了下面这份长得不像话的列表……

发帖数: 31 | 17 前两天闲来无事+嘴馋，上网搜索“莜面”，发现原来就是燕麦。于是跑出去买了oat
flour，做了两笼，老公说味道差不多，嗬嗬，估计不可能完全一样，就只能在异乡以
假乱真，以次充好解解馋啦！
oat flour估计卖东西杂一点的超市都有。
做的技巧也就是开水和面（别烫着），大火水烧开以后蒸10分钟。

见鲤鱼跳跃。心有不忿。
自制鱼钩， 从五金店(Walmart) 买screw and nut, 1$, 从Dicks买一包六个鱼钩（已
经窜好的），1$, 加铁丝 <1 $ 绕在screw上， 买oat meal 2$ 一大包，
在湖边用湖水加入oat meal， 捏成拳头大的，把screw 包在里面， 然后六个钩子陷在
面团内。
就等上鱼吧。 |

素菜都有些什么？其实很多蔬菜都产气，容易胀气。比如豆制品，西兰花等等含可溶性
纤维素比较多就比较产气。
此外有些水果也比较容易产气：prunes, apples, peaches, and pears等等。
奶制品也比较容易产气。
晚饭前尽量避免这些东西：
oatmeal, oat cereal, lentils, apples, oranges, pears, oat bran, strawberries
, nuts, flaxseeds, beans, dried peas, blueberries, psyllium, cucumbers,
celery, and carrots，dietary products
容易饿的原因也很简单，就是因为胃肠排空太快。胃肠排空太快的原因就是你吃的东西

“拍照点名防缺课”的具体做法是：每节课上课前，学习委员负责拍摄教室里老师和到课学生的“全景照”，课后将照片上交给学院，学院根据照片“搜索”缺课学生，点名结果将作为每学期评奖评优的重要依据，并与综合测评成绩挂钩。

现在是美国丹佛时间凌晨4点07分，在丹佛附近的奥罗拉三个多小时前刚刚发生一起枪击事件，截至目前造成了14人死亡，其中10人是当场死亡，另外4人是送往医院之后不治身亡。警方几分钟前刚刚确认的统计数字显示，有大约50人受伤。
惨剧是发生在奥罗拉一家的商场的影院之内，当时《蝙蝠侠前传3·黑暗骑士崛起》的首映刚刚开始。目击者称一名蒙面男子在商场内朝人群开枪，随后投掷了烟雾弹或烟雾弹。还有目击者形容说，这名男子是缓缓上楼，然后开始漫无目的的扫射。警方最早是在当地时间凌晨0点30分接到来自现场的报警电话。
