membrane protein which is desolved in an expensive detergent. If I dialysis,
the detergent will also go away and my protein will precipitate anyway.
I wonder if there's any other way to concentrate protein except using this
method and centrifuge through a membrane to get rid of the water? The later
is not so efficient, because I see some protein also pass the membrane which
causes loss.

However some outer membrane, when expressed recombinantly, can be in both
inner membrane and outer membrane, in which case you'll see GFP Fluorescence
.
There are certainly other fluorescent proteins - I can not remember the name
now. it is called something like ilov or ilove or ilike...? |

phosphorylation of a protein, why not use western? Even if you do ELISA to
see p-protein, no need to sonicate....RIPA is strong enough to get all your
cytosolic and nuclear protein out. Sonication mostly is used to break down
chromatin, DNA or chop down plasma membrane to release cytoplasma membrane
protein....If I am wrong, please someone corrects me.. So I think in your
case, you probably don't need sonication at all.

（1）在原文当中，已经很明确的写了，“From Boltzmann's principle the

在April 10发表的Molecular Cell杂志封面文章中，王晓东实验室描述了MLKL的磷酸化
是如何导致了细胞程序化坏死的分子机制。MLKL的磷酸化使其从单体状态向多聚体状态
的转化。多聚化的MLKL可以结合多种磷脂，从而由细胞质（弥散分布）转移到细胞膜和
细胞器膜上；并在这些膜结构中形成通透性孔道，从而破坏膜的完整性，引起细胞坏死
。这一点有点类似于细胞凋亡中的重要的蛋白Bax和Bak, 在细胞凋亡领域，Bax/Bak在
细胞凋亡过程在线粒体表面聚集，多聚之后形成孔道，从而释放细胞色素C(Cyto C),
诱导细胞凋亡小体，从而激活Caspase3,最后导致细胞凋亡。

有个小帽子的，防止水或东西进去
你最好看看你的roofing和vent stack结口的地方是不是有裂缝,the correct detail
should be: wherever the vent stack pentetrates the roof, the roofing membrane
should be up turnd several inches and secured to face of the stack. there
also should be some kind of boots claming around the stack to form a
transition from the roof plan to the vertical face of the stack, so the roof
membrane will be bended smoothly instead of @ sharp 90 degree, just check is

We had one small leak at the northernmost skylight (see property
disclosure). We had a professional roofer replace the membrane and
shingles around the three main skylights. They
inspected the rest of the roof and determined the membrane was in good
shape and replaced some random shingles and the ridge caps. We have
had no other leaks in the 7 years we have lived here. |
