> wash membrane with 50% Methanol for 5min,
> stain with amido black for 15 min

> air dry for 20-30min ( not too dry)
> cut dot with punch and disolve inabout 200-400ul 0.1N NaOH , dark for
30min, read at 600nm

lack of communication呢。坏的不是schlenk line，是一个adapter，那个adapter是
带一个membrane的，就是那个membrane破乐。
我要是多认识些学化学的人，给我一些建议，也不会那么惨。可惜那个时候只有我ld帮
我，他不懂化学。在我发现这个schlenk line system坏了的同时，我认识的一个美国
女孩，那个时候我和她已经是比较好的朋友了，听到我的实验总是失败，她没有像老板
一样怀疑我的试验技能，她的第一句话就是，你要好好检查你的schlenk line，这多半
是schlenk line的问题，我有一个试剂可以检查schlenk line好不好，我给你拿过来。
可是太晚了，那个时候我已经用balloon检查出来了。 |

令去了，可没丝毫停下来的意思，老公说下楼吧，俺们俩鞋也没穿就跑楼下去了，见我
们家小子冲我傻乐，以为跟他玩呢，然后见他屁股上就一尿不湿，没来得及给他穿裤子
， 下楼了之后，见院里的电线杆还在晃呢，发出很大声响。。。以前感觉过门摇动啥
的，这次最有感觉了。。。震中离我们还有100多mile呢，当天接下来还感受到了2次

正确的说，是它的寿终正寝
了。。。）
是那种可以上下分开，中间夹上membrane的那种，过滤时可以同时水泵抽真空
组里的人说，买不到的。做这个的玻璃工已经死了 ！_！|||||
上网查了一下，似乎还真没有找到这样分体，可以放membrane又可以减压的。
所以来问问，这里做碳管的xdjm，大家都怎么过滤的？？？
glass ware在哪买的？有推荐的链接么？
