，很多characterization can be followed, including protein crystallization.
因为我自己也是今年8月才会到新学校，很多东西都得从零开始。所以我希望跟我合作
的partner能独立的完成从买仪器，调试仪器，初步实验，优化实验。如果你觉得你能

不同的溶液不一样啦。我每星期都要抽上几瓶，不同的溶液速度差很多的。另外我觉
得MilliPore的那个filter的流量比Corning的要大很多，尤其是溶液里有蛋白的时侯，速
度差好几倍吧。

本人用的时候为什么总是脏脏的。起先以为是sample比较脏，可是后来sample被洗了N
遍之后，滴到grid上还是脏脏的。。。郁闷了。
问问有没有高人指点一下，这个SiN grid也可以洗吗？就像洗Si基片一样？还是说就是
我的Sample的溶剂的问题。

是没有市场了。什么POLYMERIC， INORGANIC 都很难在RESEARCH这一块找到议席之地了。
十几年前，就听说过MEMBRANE REACTOR， MEMBRANE CATALYST。去了，就没发现还有多少
GROUPS 还在做(NO FUTURE)，除了老板的老板这一系。奇怪的是他们吹嘘有多好多好。几
乎所有的试验都是在BATCH REACTOR里做的。就一直没想通，明明人家的 PELLET
CATALYST挺好的，非要把人家的 PELLET CATALYST改成MEMBRANE的形式。 偶做ORAL
PRESENTATION， 有人就发话WHAT YOU DID HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MEMBRANE。

发帖数: 836 | 42 今天去做ultrasound,才发现目的不是看membrane,而是上次唐筛时发现了一个囊肿，要量大小，
technician说她没法判断囊肿是否比较大，医生会做判断。两年前其实就发现了，但当时很小，只
有4mm,所以Ob说不用担心，但现在看来长大了（不知道长大了多少）。
我后来问她能不能再看看有没有membrane,她开始很肯定的说没有，但还是换了几个角度帮我看了
一下，结果说看到几条白线，但不确定是不是membrane.然后问我想不想做阴超，这样看得清楚一
些。虽然觉得一天两次B超不好，但还是决定做了，因为如果能确定由membrane,双宝以后就可以少
做很多B超和test,最后technician换了好几次角度，终于看到双宝之间一条白色细线，很明显。
technician说是不是membrane还要由医生判断，但她觉得是membrane. 现在回了家等医生的电
话。等有了消息，会更新。
真的谢谢大家昨天的祝福，帮我度过了这段困难时期。也希望这些信息对以后的双宝妈妈有帮助。

is my personal opinion here. In mammalian cells, GFP shows up as soon as it
is translated, so it can be hard to tell membrane expression from
cytoplasmic expression. In my study, the wild type protein had efficient

目前在做一种细菌，它有out membrane和inner membrane。我想去掉它的out membrane
，请问有什么比较温和的detergen能做到呢？
我试过NP-40,out membrane能去掉，但是inner membrane也会破坏的比较厉害。
