一般提前12-36小时准备.
浸盐水(bringing)大家都会. 为什么如此会做成更juicy的烤火鸡呢?
这其实是渗透原理(osmosis)与逆渗透原理(reverse osmosis)的一个有效的利用.
先说做法. 一般的浸盐法:
1 Gallon 冷水
1杯 kosher salt
半杯红糖
(*) 加各种香料(随意)
我家的是:

首先，offer letter是四月初发的，很正规的written form,但是当时HR没有提及任何
关于export license的细节。接收offer之后一直跟公司有联系，background check也

When the vent pipe penetrates roof deck, the rubberized roofing material
supposed to be bended upward and secured around the pipe. Sometime because of
poor construction, or just the ageing of roofing membrane, there are water
leak either through the bending point or the securing point. Either case, you

of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), it will irritates the mucous membranes
and can make a person irritated and uncomfortable.
If you can not leave your window open for a while or have a mechnical air
exchange running all the time, do not put your baby in the room/house that
was just painted, it can contribute to what is called "sick building

的地下室会很潮，重的会 Flooding。做这个防水的材料不贵，贵在 Labor 上，需要挖
土把地下室埋在土里的外墙都露出来，然后上防水层 （coating + membrane），装
French Drain。
弄两张照片吧，然后就有个 Idea 了。 |

BUYER要求换和修窗户：
一部分是TRIM和SASH有ROTTING，有几个说下面有可能漏水；
一部分是GLASS PANE之间的RUBBER MEMBRANE有CRACK，说会SEAL不好
然后AGENT也很不给力，先找了个HANDYMAN去看了，给了个QUOTE，我以为是全部了，快
4K刀，然后TURN OUT说只是修第一部分的TRIM ，SASH。然后说WINDOW CONTRACTOR今天
才去看修窗户的部分，还不知道要多少钱，估计只会更多？
如果要修的话，难道不应该是WINDOW CONTRACTOR两者都修吗？干嘛还让一普通HANDYMA

这些filter只带活性炭,只能过滤些voc和某些重金属，另外过滤速度很慢滤芯价格累计
起来不便宜。
说到RO系统, reverse osmosis, 废水是自然的，但是平时买的瓶装的过滤水也是工业
的RO系统出来的,也会废水。
假设滤1gallon纯净水要用 5 gallon自来水(1:4)，1 ccf=748gallon, 可以滤出约
150gallon纯净水，外面买的纯净水一般是$0.5~1.5 per gallon，也就等于$75~225的
价值。1 ccf水一般只要$2~3,另外一年的滤芯才20不到，membrane可以用2~3年,所以说
一套$150~200的RO系统，几个月就回本了，depend on你家用水量。
我家吃的喝的全是RO的水了，细菌直接过滤了，solute也降低了(可以用TDS表测)，烧
过的水也没什么水垢可以直接喝了，电也都省了，无VOC,重金属和得结石的危险。自来
水喝不死人但是要知道有些地方的水质是不怎么样的，味道也很不好，湾区的人应该有

每个房子离的比较近，有HOA。房子是1996年建的，正面是brick，其它三面都是stucco
，应该是EIFS。2006年的时候发现stucco有问题，整个community把builder告上了法庭
，最后的结果是外墙重做，还是stucco（好像还是EIFS），叫做Senerflex Senturion

像每家出了3万多，不太清楚Builder出了多少钱。
