sunrise. We jogged one mile to warm up, and then the intervals begin. 800m
speed, 400m jogging recovery.
My 10 x 800m splits were 3:11, 3:09, 3:08, 3:05, 3:06, 3:06, 3:06, 3:04, 3:
01, 2:45. I started out relatively
easy. Still recovering from a cold I caught last week. It became clear that
3:05 is a good time for me to aim for
today. Starting at rep #7, I felt that I needed to push a little.

1:20 actually gave me second place in about 30 boys' competition. It was
everyone's first 400M. Almost everyone started with all out and ended up
with jogging speed. My mom told me to jog first and be all out at finish. I
followed the advice. I still remember that when I was 150M away from the
finish, the other boys were 70M away from finish. I passed them all.
Anyway, You must be quite good. Another excuse I can find is that girls
enter the Fa(1) Yu(4) Qi(1) earlier than boys around age of 10.

另外,speed work里的jogging,应该多快? 比如,快的时候是 8.5 mph, 那jogging

[fast run 100m + floating (not slow jog) 100m] x 8-16 times
it's used by Lydiard.
Some fartlek and a 800m/1500m time trial (80-90% effort) 3 days before
the race.
Then slow jogs or rest 1-2 days before the race.

you want to be fresh, not fatigue, when you do strides. so it's better to
jog/walk/rest between strides until you feel you are fully recovered. for me
, it's about 200-300m jog. strides aren't all out effort. for me, it's about
800m-1500m race pace. run fast, relaxed, while focusing on a running form
cue at a time.

went for a barefoot jog this morning. I guess the skin on my soles hasn't
recovered from two days ago, when I finished the last mile of a stroller run
barefoot. After 1.3 miles I felt that the skin on the side of my left foot
hurting and then I found out that a bit skin was rubbed off and there was a
little blood. That was the end of my barefoot jog today. Got home and rinsed
my foot with hydrogen peroxide, bandaged up, now good to go in my shoes.:)

They go for a 100 miles in sandals, on rocky trails. I was only gonna jog a
couple miles on concrete sidewalk and asphalt trails.:) I do find barefoot
jogging an excellent way to recover from strenuous workouts and/or sore legs.

plan: 4-5 mile repeats under 8:20 at stevens creek, with 800 jogging in
between
actual: 5 repeats on street curb, with 8:05, 8:09, 8:11, 8:10 (waited a few
seconds at one crossing), 8:15, 800 slow motion jogging in between:p
(+) parked at school, saved at least 30 min
(+) flexible, won't get fined for late pick up
(+) best could do before was 4*8:20 at treadmill

这个我干过..1hr zumba + 1hr jogging 6mile..确实不能跟2 hr jogging比..我还从
来没有make it过连续跑2个小时..最长100分钟腿都要断掉了...跳操那个真的是cross
training..心跳快的时候比长跑快好多..但是中间break太多..上上下下...跑步一直稳
定着..

我base training的时候,按心率<70% or 75%maxHR来跑,大概是从slow jog到比MP慢
25% (MP/0.75),大约慢2分钟。
按照AM计划的时候,是slow jog到比MP慢20%(MP/0.8)或者10%(MP/0.9),视情况而定。

发现自己是heel strike啊。右脚偏mid-foot,左脚是heel。jogging的时候是mid-foot。
上周五第二个迈(后视)和第三个迈(侧视),8mph左右,跳到8分钟看jogging的。(
精神面貌欠佳,还戴着眼镜,大家请ignore)
从上到下:
1. 好像这次身体晃动比较大,手臂的cross摆动是不是也太大了?
2. hip,这是drive的不够,还是压根没drive?
3. 大腿是不是抬的送的太少了?
4. landing?
我知道我步频偏快,步子太小了,这个可能很难改变。:(

好像小宝宝半岁以前,不建议用JOGGING STROLLER。 俺当时犹豫着,最后没买。:)
最简单的办法是,晚上宝宝睡了以后(7-8PM),自己去家附近跑步,或者家附近
有GYM的话最好。没GYM的话,GOOD LUCK

由于去年收获小虎仔一枚,许久没有慢跑,上周气温终于恢复到windchill零上,我老
也就蠢蠢欲动了~趁着父母还在这里帮忙,baby睡下午觉的时候赶紧出去遛一遛~
到底是太久没跑,头几天还颇有些肌肉酸痛,不过过了就好了,可以开始enjoy慢跑了。
这样的好日子要珍惜……(父母很快就要回国的说)
将来是不是要上个baby jogging stroller呢?

3月21号到27号是Boston前倒数第四周,我一般习惯是taper三周,所以这周本应该是最
后一个大量周。但前面几天有事,都是在jogging,于是27号周日补了一个extra-
longrun 25miles@6:50,周mileage凑成60。
之前5到6周都是85miles左右,周日longrun 22miles@6:52到6分58。我没试过鸵鸟那种
方法,感觉上年轻人恢复快,所以平常训练不敢把强度降太低。通常22miles longrun
过后easy run一天就可以完全恢复。
结果27号多跑了3miles之后,不知道自己身体反映会加剧多少,28号照常easy 9miles
,甚至比以往的easy还快了一些,到29号跑5*800m时开始感觉不对,能用5K pace跑下
来,但感觉很累,后面全休了4天,中间另外两天一天25min跑了个6K,另一天jogging
了10K,到今天想跑个18miles看看身体恢复怎么样,结果还是不行,前面8miles还能保
持6分52左右,后面开始掉速,而且能感觉到还是疲劳,11miles放弃。

Did a half marathon last weekend for 1:52
Felt somewhat easy, if I could have started from an earlier corral, might be
able to shave a minute or two. Did not push too much either, so might be
able to cut another couple of minutes.
I trained for 8 weeks with 20-25 mpw for this half.
Now I'd like to maintain my mileage level and hope to get to <1:40 before
year end, or sooner :)
Could you please take a look of my plan to see if it makes good sense?

今天早上也跑了speed session(路跑). 400-800-400 repeats
1'22"; jog 100m; 2'52" jog 200m; 1'23"
跑了两组, 时间都差不多. 跑时痛苦, 跑完了轻松.

in LA, i went to a running club for a couple times. i learned how to do
proper warm-up.
their standard warm-up procedure is:
1. jog about 5 minutes, way slower than your easy pace.
2. do drills like skippings, high knees, bouncings, kickings, 2x20 seconds
each set.
3. after all the drills, ran 4x20 seconds strides(relaxed sprints with
complete rests)
4. jog another 5 minutes, now your body will almost be ready, and you will
be running at your easy pace feeling easy.

不是新手,更不是高手。自从07年受到感动作为bandit跑了一个非正式的Boston
Marathon,一直断断续续地在跑步。曾经觉着marathon在我的check list上已经勾掉了
,可有时又不甘心的想BQ,回去拿到一个正式成绩。所以也时不时地找一个training
plan to follow。今年五月跑了一个Mini Marathon之后也还设计了一个training plan
上本版来征求意见,谢谢大家的建议。
今天跑了近期来的头一个speed work。跑完头一个7:03mile,就觉得不行了,今天要不
就跑一个segment。当0.5mile的jog结束,觉得要不再跑一个segment试试。跑完第二个
7:03mile,觉得真不行了,cool down吧。Jog了0.4mile,对自己说,如果看不到
treadmill上显示4.888mile,就再跑一段。当时的显示是0.001或0.002的跳动,看不到
4.888的几率非常小。结果偏偏从4.887跳到了4.889。当时的感觉是心里ding的一响,

说说我的见解。
1)先说职业的。说实话。这里可能除了 bearSQ可能少有人和职业级别的有接触。
所以。我只能靠猜啊。训练有科学也靠方法。也有运气。
说实在我不觉得当初马俊仁全靠吃药。地狱训练也是个主要因素。
最近白雪。英杰。毁娜 成绩也不错。说明还是有科学的。
还是要肯定。中国发展确实快。我们在外面的不能总用老眼光啊。
2) 说业余的。
现在国内的跑步也很流行。特别是这几年。前几年从清华学生开始。
长跑热潮(eve那时候?)
慢慢的感染到更多的年轻人。很多和我们年龄相仿。
我的同学也有跑马拉松的。
但是环境的问题。国内跑步条件还是差一点。风气也无法和欧美比。
但是相对比以前好太多了。
以后会更好。我相信(我还想回去搞个Runners world中文版呢.hoho)
当然。和欧美相比。业余水平的跑步。还是有差距。从训练到比赛管理组织。

昨天10点上床!早睡早起,
夜里娃哼唧要吃奶(8各半月了,从7点半睡到4,5点,这顿奶该不该段,怎么断?谁给
我说说?),劳工起床喂,10分钟,吃完就睡了。
早上6点45我起床,5分钟后娃醒了,哼唧。饱出来换尿布,喂奶,然后扔在客厅地上自
己爬。
老妈我洗脸刷牙吃口酸奶,15分钟搞定(有娃了没法注意形象了)。
7点15分把娃扔进jogging stroller出门跑步,目标小公园,去给娃荡5分钟秋千,然后
原路返回。总共2个mile,无奈体力不必当年,又加上jogging stroller,肚子里头还有
个3个月的,只有跑跑停停,一共折腾了40分钟回来。
回来后再把娃仍地上,然后去厕所洗脸换衣服,(澡就没法洗了,去公司的gym蹭。)

一直希望age grade能达到60分,自己认为及格分数,但是报过两次比赛都没能跑成,
今天跑了个 tempo,5迈 40:10,一查age grade:60.85! 高兴啊,总算及格了,呵
呵。
顺便报下今天跑爽了,前两迈jog,然后发现一个学校的跑道开放,进去跑,第一次跑
塑胶跑道,比跑路舒服太多了,就一高兴跑了个tempo,呵呵,觉得自己比一年前快了
很多,说明LHR有效,哈,而且forefoot landing感觉确实跑的更快。
跑完 tempo继续jog,一共跑了17.5迈,两小时53分钟,感觉不错,speedwork和long
run同时完成。

I see. I will ramp up...
By the way, slow run, or jogging, @ low HR
is really a good way to lose weight without
much pain, and it does not bounce back much.
I am going to jog off roughly 20-30LB from
now on till next spring (in to April 2012).
With 20-30LB less body weigh, I might be able
to run at much faster pace at low HR.

speed is still jogging, 7mph is slow run. So I
will be able to claim that I 'run' long distance

By the way, I had a chat with my boss who run
7.5mph pace for local half ironman every year.
He is close to 60 years old. When I told him I

你怎么知道跑马的人就一定会严重受伤呢? 特别是你自己都没跑过马的话?
疼不一定就是受伤,其实版面一般喊着这疼那疼的都是一周跑不到20迈的,
那些跑个头上面持续每周50迈以上的人,没看见哪个整天喊我伤了...
是不一定非要跑步,你觉得啥运动不会受伤就去玩好了,没人强迫你非要跑
马拉松,不过你不玩也没必要诋毁这个运动,你喜欢每天jogging是你的事,
不用非要要别人也跟你一样jogging...

任何人如果都像你只是每天jogging 30分钟,当然不会受伤,这没什么好炫耀的..
而对于想提高自己的fitness level, 比赛想PR,挑战自己的极限的人来说,
受伤则是经常会碰到的,但绝大多数伤都是可以完全恢复的,而且恢复过后
身体会更强壮,没你形容的像洪水猛兽一样...我3年前也是从减肥开始的,
中间也的确时不时的各种小伤小疼,不过从来没有一种伤让我停跑2周以上的,
我连医生都没看过,伤了就是休息,最后都全愈了,现在身体比3年前强壮
数倍,肌肉发达数倍,跑的更快也是一个自然的结果,而不是像你说的什么
非要超能力运动, 我三年前跑12分的pace,心跳也要上160,现在跑8分的pace,
心跳也只有130, 这是很自然的fitness level提高而已....
您害怕受伤,只喜欢jogging,是您的事情,这板上只为减肥好看健身跑的人
也不少,也有就喜欢干跑不比赛的,都没啥问题,人都有大脑,自己会做决定,
跑步经常受伤的,疼的不能跑的,自然也就不会再跑了,这个不用您说...

所以我说看什么目的,如果只是从身材角度出发,你说的完全对. 但是如果从
提高fitness level,心肺能力或者希望比赛获得好成绩的角度,那就是另
回事了.
其实快慢长短都是相对的,比如9分的pace对老狼来说是jogging pace,可以
不停的跑下去,但对新手来说可能已经要跑得上气不接下气了. 或者13迈对老狼
来说是个easy jogging的距离,对新人来说已经是个遥不可及的距离了.
我的主要的point是,身体的能力是可以慢慢培养的,这里好多所谓健将,当时
也是从15分的pace, 2迈,3迈一次慢慢爬开始的,只不过他们可以持之以恒的跑,
才到达今天的高度...

Either very slow jogging or just standing/walking around is okay. If the
jogging is too fast, I would call the workout as "fartlek" rather than "
interval", though they have similar effects.
I used to run a lot of such workouts, even weeks before marathon races. It's
the best way to achieve some high intensity training within a short time.

我这是菜鸟级的,大家可以参考自行调整。
而且教练坚决不让我跑半马,让我先去跑个10k比赛。

教练2周给我一次interval training,6次是一个循环。
这阶段的因为身体的原因,目前只参加了三次
第一次:50m 5组全速跑, 200m全速 6组 (开跑+休息3.5min 男生是8组,3min)
第二次:50m 5组全速跑, 200m全速+100m jogging 共6组(3组完成后休息3min,再完
成下个3组,男生是8组)
第三次:50m 5组全速跑, 400m全速跑 6组 (开跑+休息 3.5min,3组完成后休息4min
,男生8组,3min)
400m全速,头两个我跑的太快了,再加上最近休息很差,第三个就挂了,跑了200m就不
舒服了,出现了头痛头晕的情况,于是开始走步休息。多给了3min休息。
教练跟我说,我这种跑法不对,要每组慢慢加速,让身体慢慢适应全速中的提速,最后
的一组就是全力冲刺跑。后面三组我第一组跑的慢了很多,第二组快了10s,第三组比

俺对田径爱好者的观察是,同样是跑400间歇,长跑的是用jogging的姿势飞奔,练短跑
的是用飞奔的姿势jogging,。我觉得练马选手只要不跑成短跑的姿势,跑interval还
是有用的,,,要是跑到那边去,可能反而有害

jogging飞奔是日本花姑娘长跑选手的感觉,飞奔的姿势jogging比较典型的好象是十项
全能老爷们跑1500的时候,长跑用这姿势恐怕是不咋地

没事不用小声说,啥都可以讨论:
MAF这个东西我是这么看的,新人来说一直保持MAF一下跑,的确是个
安全上量的好方法。退一万步说,就是走路,我1小时也能走个3到4迈。
但是效率有多高就不一定。总是jogging并不能让你跑得更快,如果
jogging太多,反而会有些副作用.
如果是完全不在乎成绩,不比赛,就为个爽,那我其实觉得无所谓,
随便怎么跑都行,大不了累了伤了就歇几天呗。但是我想这里的很多人
还是希望能越跑越快,而不是跑了几年,还是同样速度在跑。如果是
这样的话,那的确就有个训练方法的问题。这也是跑版存在的主要价值。
我在BQ之前并不知道什么是MAF,刚开始连Interval/Tempo也不知道,
跑步的时候1周只跑3次,都是跑步机,但是每次都是跑到力竭,甚至晕倒.
第二年开始跑马,跟的也是传说中最难的AM,而且跟的是AM70+AM85的long run
部分。当时跑版的环境就是大炼钢铁,所以也从来没人跟我说我个新人,
不该跟这么难的计划云云. 但我基本也跟下来了,而且我那个时候的进步
的确是最快的,几乎是月月精进.当然那时候跑版的环境也比现在tough很多,

跑得快的人都产热高热量足啊。我就是jogging,45F-50F的气温,jogging完,回家洗
澡的时候前臂还是冰冰凉的,我可不想屁股大腿冻得流鼻涕。
反正我50F左右就考虑穿tights了上身如果是短袖我就加arm warmer和手套,45F下我肯
定穿tights了加jacket了。热了可以忍受,冷了躲都没地方躲。。冬天晚上我这里还是
有点寒意的。
