我因为使用heel stride,现在得了严重的plantar fasciitis和achillis tendonitis
,不是为了追求酷,是必须要改变姿势,不然就不能跑了。
但是我跑得很慢,每小时5迈的速度,基本是介于jogging和running之间。我想问是不
是我速度太慢了,所以必然只能用heel,因为走路是没法用脚掌的,只有跑起来才行。
有没有和我一样慢跑却能用脚掌着地的?

最近三个多月,一直在慢跑消耗脂肪
我采取的方法是,一周三次jogging,每次大概半个小时。
我跑步节奏是先慢后快,这样我觉得也比较舒服,尤其是慢慢跑个15分钟,我好像是
warm up,越跑越兴奋,就快起来了
我一般跑完后,会洗一个长时间的热水澡,然后再用冷水冲5分钟。
我这样做是想缓解,晚上睡觉的时候,会觉得双腿极其发烫。烫得难以入眠。
我不知道大家是用什么方法,这个发烫的事情,我用热冷洗澡的方法,有一点缓解,但
是还是十分难以忍受。

刚开始跑上7迈,跑了两回,每回都挺卖力,跑完觉得能量消耗不错。今天放慢速度,
大概就是类似maf那种,真正的jog,发现到7迈的时候能量消耗和之前比小很多,于是
又多磨了一会,磨到10迈,一来膝盖疼,二来天太黑,最后2迈加点速度,膝盖舒服多
了。跑完拉伸比平时长一点,对小腿肌肉的要求还是比距离短的时候高些。总共花了2
个小时+几分钟吧,减去中间取水、捡狗屎的时间的话。
我最大的发现是,不管啥步频,当我速度慢的时候就是最伤膝盖,因为没法做到最优的
form,肌肉无法保护膝盖。反而速度上去,或者冲刺的时候,膝盖最舒服。这就是为啥
上次10k比赛我前面3迈完全不被膝盖烦恼。平时跑步总以为是膝盖制约了我,其实如果
按照速度优先来练习,心肺、体能才是制约因素。
我挺享受拉长里程数的感觉,创造人生的‘第一次’,并且运动时间长,对减肥有利。
不过很费膝盖,这毕竟是个大问题。唉。

度越快,冲击越大,
所以能力不够的时候,还是要慢跑,慢慢加强腿的筋腱..

Yesterday I jogged for ten miles along the Charles River, crossing eight
bridges from the Harvard bridge to the Arsenal st. bridge.
It is such an entertaining experience to enjoy the beauty of the neckless of
Boston. Before you try it, you would never know. Still remember the frigid
winter? With green leaves just starting to flourish on trees and tiny flowers
in blossom, the Charles River Basin has just relieved herself from the arctic
season.

Good work, fern!
I don't recommend to jog on concrete, though. It's too harsh on knees. If you
have no choice, make sure you do enough stretching and warmup before u hit the
road.
I hate running on tracks and treadmill, but hey, it's good for knees. Now it's
beautiful outside, I run on asphalt road, it's not as good as tracks, but
better than concrete sidewalks. :)

Hehe, yeah, I"m doing good. Still do some jogging, but my knees bother me
sometimes. Recently, my calves also begin to hurt. It sucks. Most of time, i
ran on track and treadmill, the only time i ran outside around 10pm caused all
those problems. :( //sigh... Since then, i started some cycling. It helps
some.

趁着记忆还热乎,发个报告。
终于完成了第一个ultra race - TNF 的熊山50迈,12:57:50。
去年芝马之后就想着报一个春天的比赛,能带动冬天的训练,很久之前爬山就心仪熊山
的这个比赛,但没想过什么时候能跑。报名的时候报的是马拉松,结果在几个朋友的鸡
血下,把报的马拉松改成了50miles,决心挑战下自己。12月的mileage都很少,中
间又是旅行又是过节的,到一月中开始正式进入16个周的训练计划。计划就是网上找
来的针对beginner准备50miles的计划。贴在下面了.
因为之前首马的训练基本执行的很差,这次下定决心严格执行,pace没有任何目标,以
完成mileage为目标,目标单一完成的压力要小好多。

从BAA网站看到一个人的训练log, 他去年的Boston:2:36:14,
他今年准备突破2:31, 我把他的训练log copy过来, 他最
高的周mileage也只有80迈左右。 我现在觉得训练里真正有推
动作用的还是Longrun, Tempo, Interval这些hard training,
其他的easy run都是帮助你恢复用的, 不需要太长。

07:05 ~07:41 pm 郑大妈腹部操 36分钟,作为热身。
07:47~ 8:46 pm 慢跑 69分钟, 本来想完成中央公园的UPPER 5 MILE LOOP,最后阶段
的坡实在太长了坚持不了了,就停下来,大概还是跑了4.5MIL吧这次。
08/02 (141.50 lbs)
下午晚上6点到10点: SHOPPING
10:30 开始做郑大妈腹部操36分钟, 心率在80~123之间,从低到高逐渐升高
11:20 做郑大妈红帽子操33分钟,心率在120~158之间,也是从低到高逐渐提升。

没有人是天生就能跑你那么快的.
我读的runner文章不多,简单说一下我的看法。我见过得最合理的running和jogging的
分法是physical和mental上的challenge. 大多数人时刚开始跑步心跳会比较高,并且会
气喘如牛, 这段时间他们跑不快,但是身体和意志都得到提高和锻炼,应该称为
running. 跑一段时间心肺功能提高了,腿上肌肉有力量了,跑起来就快而且省力了,那时
候跑慢的速度反而不习惯,心跳比较低,这样的速度对于提高一个runner的水平是没有多
大帮助的,所以就是jogging,速度要加快才能称为running.
过去两天里我在jogging,但是这个速度在过去是我的running. 就是我目前最快的pace,
对很多runner来说都太慢,都是jogging.
如果一定要用最粗略常见的分发,把6mph以上的pace划为running, 以下的划为jogging
,相信你肯定是一个runner, 不是jogger.
