injury free and easy to follow, as you only have two paces, one easy/long
run pace and one race pace.
I didn't do any speed work in the training and I still beat my best estimate
during the race without injury. I am slow though.
I think I'd like to recommend this plan to beginners like me for your 1st or
2nd marathon races.
I have no words for advanced runners.
Better to run long without injury than run fast with injury. |

I ride stationary bikes. I also took IBU to control inflammation
once in a while. I got a chance to rest more recently
due to tight schedule. Now I am almost recovered.

momentum. You see this even in amateur games if anybody had played with
injury and played injured partner.
Further, the player who complained to the Umpire on the timeout usually gets

worse for that player.

报名表上的一段免责协议让我有些担心。想请教一下这里的热心律师们，这样的免责协
议真的有法律效力吗？多谢了！
大概的中文意思是：我代表孩子及孩子所有的监护人，同意免除学校和与学校有关的组
织和个人，对孩子可能造成的身体，精神伤害，甚至死亡等相关的责任，不予追究任何
法律责任。另外，接送孩子路上（他们负责从公立学校接送孩子）可能出现的事故对于孩
子造成的伤害甚至死亡，家长承担一切责任和所有医药费。
当然不管学校还是家长，大家肯定都不愿意出任何差错，但是万一以后有什么问题，签
了这份协议，是不是他们就真的没有任何责任了？这份协议合理吗？我们应不应该为了
这个而选择另外一家学校呢？

附件是主治大夫的reasoning(email回复，红字)， 他的水平我们还是很佩服的，因为
他已开始猜了个病就和我们宝宝症状非常一致，可惜后来发现不是；而且他不是代谢病
专家。
问题是坚持宝宝不吃长链脂肪酸的奶粉后，他奇迹般地改善了；完全出乎医生们的预料
。我感觉医生列的是常见的代谢病，而我们感觉宝宝吃长链脂肪酸似乎是慢性中毒，大
概需要一个月左右才能体现出来。因为过程很慢，我们怀疑很多方法查不出来。
我们最大的问题是如果是这种病怎么查？不能确认的话他一辈子吃饭都受影响，基本也
就很难出门时间长一点了。尤其是他的肝已经在要换的边缘。医生们现在改口说他的病
程都是偶然，可我们不能同意。为什么每次都是长链吃一段时间就得病，尤其是这次停
了鸡蛋后马上改善。。

I have had the problem for 8 months, since the beginning
of running. I rested a lot whenever it got worse. Instead,
I ride stationary bikes. I also took IBU to control inflammation
once in a while. I got a chance to rest more recently
due to tight schedule. Now I am almost recovered.

在加州的话， 如果楼主是在车主的允许下开车出的事故的话， 车主的保险是primary,
楼主的保险是excess 或secondary, 意思是车主的保险不够赔的话， 才由楼主的保险
来赔。现在的情况是车主是半保， 他对自己车的损伤的赔偿额度是0， 所以应由楼主
的保险来赔， 如果楼主的保险也只有半保的话， 那就是楼主的自己掏钱帮车主修。
所以弄清楚谁是primary, 谁是secondary, 这个问题好解决。车主虽然是primary,但这
个案子是楼主的责任， 因为车主没有全保。
