过了半年多以后， 收到了对方律师的传票
。过不多久， 我的律师来信告诉我退出我的案子。
你怎么有自己的律师？怎么找的？只是为这个官司找的？是什么律师，原告的还是被告

1）我自己的律师是我找的personal injury 律师， 不赢是不收钱的， 赢了他分1/3.
2） 对车祸， 如果对方（plaintiff）找了律师要你赔personal injury， 由你的保险
公司代表你来defendant。你的保险公司会指派一个自己的律师来defend 你自己找的律
师不能defend 对方告你。同样你的保险公司不管你的personal injury。 你自己的
personal injury由你自己的律师来负责。你自己的律师代表你作为plaintiff 起诉对
方。
3）所以我这个案子， 对方找了个律师告我赔personal injury， 由我保险公司的律师
来defend。 我自己找的告对方，要赔personal injury， 由对方的保险公司律师来
defend。
4）车的赔偿很简单。 一般就是两个保险公司之间搞一下就行了。 |

1995年就回国了，那个时候国内的环境有多差不用说了吧。这也快20年了。比饶益
2007
年才全职回去多了12年。比起培养的中国学生也多多了，算国内贡献肯定不会小。如果

金钱买西药，不但没有买到健康，反而买到更恐惧的生活质量，人民的痛苦增加，寿命
变短，更有甚者，民众只是为了配合政府的政策，接受施打疫苗，其所得到的结果就是
打个疫苗就出人命，真是要命的错误医学政策，这种政策如果不改变，人民将永远沉沦
于疾病的黑暗期，毫无健康生活质量可言。
我传承正统中医学的工作今年将告一段落，学生必将遍地开花，这些学生非常难得的都
是学有所成的一群，当然有还是有极少数不成材的学生存在，我天生就是敢说敢做的个

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延，我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了，
但他们不依不饶地攻击我，欲置我于死地，让我非常生气，特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
，绑架我先生和孩子，而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手，有必要把他们曝光。

床表现为 unmotivated，但本质不是 unmotivated）。其源动力是个人都在社会生存，
而社会生存不仅存在 physical injury，还存在 social injury。而 reverse
motivation 就是对 social injury 的自我保护性反应。
而对于马工索男的高智商群体，reverse motivation 更加普遍。一个原因是 highly
intelligence group 通常是 born as highly motivated（否则无法解释进化优势）。
但 highly motivated 也是双刃剑，会更容易受到 social injury。
而另一方面，所谓的 motivation，不过就是 dopamine pathway 而已。马工能 hack
