自己不用出一分钱

尾轻轻撞倒前面的车， 只是轻蹭。 把警察叫来后， 留下了我的信息和租车时买的保
险。 但后来租车公司给我来信说他们不给保，因为不是我租的车。而且我当时没有车
， 所以没有车保险。 三年后， 今年初， 收到对方的律师来信， 起诉他自己的保险
和我， 说给当事人带来严重的injuries.
现在找了几个律师， 只有一个律师肯接这个官司， 请各位大侠帮帮忙看这个官司怎
么办
1. 要找哪方面的律师？求推荐这方面的律师或法律咨询机构！
2. 怎么能找到一个好律师？ 哪里可以查到吗？
3. 肯接这个官司的律师说大概需要20k的律师费， 他一小时300刀， 让我先付10k定金
。 因为从来没打过官司， 所以不知道打这种官司， 是不是需要签个合同， 说明如果
赢了给多少， 输了给多少律师费？ 如果一开始就交了1万刀， 那岂不是无论输赢律师
都稳赚， 那他还会用心打官司吗？
4. 我这个官司的输赢几率有多大啊？ 当时只是车蹭伤， 警察应该有记录吧。

的律师都是分成型的,就是打赢了拿你所得赔偿的1/3的钱,输了就不收费.LZ的case很难
赢的,因为很难取证餐馆发现地滑但是却故意或者reckless不去管它,餐馆可以说是别的
吃饭的人不小心撒到地上的,而你LP是在其他顾客刚把水或者饮料撒到地上的时候滑倒
的,他们的员工还没有时间发现去处理.相信LZ在事故发生的时候也没来得及取证,而仅
凭一句人道主义的道歉是没有任何证据上的意义的.
希望LZ的老婆能早日康复 |
