你关于homeostasis和injury repair过程中所牵涉的stem cell不一致的观点。其实所
谓homeostasis,也可以理解为轻微的，local的injury。Tissue injury虽然不是生理性
的过程，但却是实实在在的病理性过程，并不是artificial的。有时候甚至不同的
injury类型也可能涉及不同的stem cell，采用不同的修复机制。
经典的干细胞理论模型是基于一个hierarchy的概念，即同一组织器官内极少数细胞是
multipotent，少数细胞是oligopotent，而多数细胞是unipotent。有的损伤轻微，
unipotent细胞几次自我分裂即可完成修复；而有的损伤严重，必须要动用oligopotent
乃至multipotent细胞才能完成修复。
最后一个观点个人不能苟同。目前观察到的一些所谓“去分化”的细胞，往往都是极个
别刚要开始分化还远没有完成的干细胞。从干细胞开始的整个完整的细胞分化过程涉及

一般的刑事民事法律在美国是州法，所以不同州的具体标准不同。使用枪械自卫在不同
州大致遵循三种不同的原则：1，Duty to Retreat; 2,Castle Doctrine; 3, Stand
Your Ground.
解释一下这三种原则：
1.Duty to Retreat。 面对侵害，首先要后退回避，屋子外的可以退到屋子里，屋子里
的可以退到屋子外，只有在确实没有安全退路的情况下才可以使用枪械自卫。应用这种
原则的地方，开枪自卫者需要举证说明自己开枪前已经退却了，如果可以回避侵害没有
做而直接开枪自卫，则会被视作攻击行为。
2.Castle Doctrine。城堡法是目前应用最广泛的自卫原则，已经有31个州通过了这类
法案，大同小异。城堡法有以下几个要素：
只能在城堡范围内使用枪械（一般指住房，少数会扩展到院子，独立车库，自用车，乃

读一下正文的一部分。几点有意思的地方：
1）有人提出50万到300万的估计，有人提出10万的估计，文章表明两组数据都不是什么
可靠地数据，目前尚无定论。
2）相对于其他防御手段，对于用枪犯罪情况下，用枪防御是受害者受伤最少的。
3）家庭拥枪和公共场合携抢的副作用（自杀，他杀）可能抹杀防御性用枪的好处，但
有待研究。

在加州的话， 如果楼主是在车主的允许下开车出的事故的话， 车主的保险是primary,
楼主的保险是excess 或secondary, 意思是车主的保险不够赔的话， 才由楼主的保险
来赔。现在的情况是车主是半保， 他对自己车的损伤的赔偿额度是0， 所以应由楼主
的保险来赔， 如果楼主的保险也只有半保的话， 那就是楼主的自己掏钱帮车主修。
所以弄清楚谁是primary, 谁是secondary, 这个问题好解决。车主虽然是primary,但这
个案子是楼主的责任， 因为车主没有全保。
我再展开说一下更复杂的情况，可能更能澄清大家的迷惑。 如果事故比楼主所描述要
大， 我是说假如啊。 比如楼主疏忽，跟其它车碰上， 造成对方人员受伤（bodily
injury），双方的车都有损伤（对方叫Property damage， 己方叫Physical damage）
， 这些谁来理赔？还是根据车主的保险是primary, 楼主的保险是secondary的原则。

我一直认为我开车技术很好, 没有想过有必要花2万/4万以上的保险.
但是后来发觉我很幸运罢了.
看了一个帖子, 退休老人, 20年没车祸, bodily injury 100/300K.
一天开高速爆胎, 4连撞, 其中一个最惨的是律师, 最后bodily injury 300k跟本不够
老人卖了房赔钱去了.....
这个是目前的更新
bodily injury liability 250K/500K
property damage 100K
personal injury protection 8k
uninsured motorist 100k/300k
comprehensive/collision 1000 deductible each
目前不同公司6个月的quote:

accident is a kind of measuring of how bad you can injury in an accident.

发帖数: 7668 | 48 真是顽固啊. 关于没有保险的车的车祸问题,鉴于每年500多万起事故,就算其中40%的
事故卷入了没保险的车,每年300多万起事故的数据量也够大了.然后每年死于事故的是三
四万人,也就是说只有三四万起事故会死人.
对于保险公司的数据来说,Personal injury 是在no-fault州才有的，是无论谁的责
任，都是自己的保险公司赔医疗费。 17个州是no-fault,就算这17个州的人出的事故占
全国总事故量的20%，有Personal injury coverage的司机还是会有每年60万，每两
年还是有100多万。
所以，如果只看Personal injury,我认为这数据量已经够大，够客观。而且，IIHS的数据
里对于那些数据不充分的车型，就不给出结果，这还不够客观么？
骗保的数量我无法估计，但是，鉴于personal injury是自己的保险公司出，而不是肇事
方出，如果向自己的保险公司骗保，那是冒着涨保费的风险的。 就像我前面的帖子里
说过的一样，我不相信大多数小车的司机和某几个中型车的司机闲着没事就去骗保，特别
是广大的Camry驾驶员们。
