我的顺序就是
1. clutch in
2. heel toe
3. drop clutch
第二步的时候感觉很难踩在正常踩刹车,油门的地方。如果要踩正这两个踏板,脚和腿
必须扭曲在一个非常不舒服的位置。所以被迫去踩比平常高一些的地方。而且如果身子
靠车里面,面部稍微向左前方斜一点,踩起来才比较容易。说实话,就这样还是不非常舒
服,每次踩的力度很不好控制。
第三步的时候感觉必须要快。就是必须要直接drop clutch,而不是像普通换档那样慢慢
地clutch out。
请问这样作对不对?

怎么能这样?我觉得刹车必须是把离合踩下去以后。否则就是普通的rev match了。当
然一般也会先brake一下,但是最关键的brake(heel toe 定义里面的brake)是发生在
踩下去离合以后的。

你把简单的事情复杂化了。
刹车,刹车时降档,刹车完了加速刚好在合适的档位上。heel toe只是为了让这过程更
平滑,在平滑的基础上动作越快越好。
如果你一定要分步骤:
1 刹车
2 保持刹车力度,踩离合,降档,补油
3 松离合
4 松刹车

主要赛车的理念就是要高效率的刹车和高效率的加速,所以赛车从来都是地板油+玩命
刹车的。
所以刹车踏板不需要松开,因为你正在玩命刹车。heel toe是过拐点出弯加速之前提前
把转速抬到最大马力输出范围,换挡抬离合后马上就最高效率的加速了。

再动脑想想。。普通降档只需要踩离合和油门,那么左脚离合右脚油门即可,为什么需
要heel toe呢?
只有急刹车中降档,这时两只脚要踩三个踏板,需要右脚负责两个踏板,这才是跟趾的
目的时候。
你说你想利用engine brake,你再动脑想想,你说刹车前先踩离合,你都踩了离合了,
还能起到engine brake的作用么?正确的操作是高转速时不踩离合踩刹车,这时engine
brake就比较强,然后转速降下一些时左脚快速踩离合右脚跟快速点油门同时降档,然
后快速松离合,继续让engine在高转速起到engine brake作用,如此按需要连续降档,
直到出弯时仍然保持着较高转速,正好大扭矩发力出弯。

一个月前从楼梯上左脚滑了一跤,接着打了一场球后,左脚跟有些疼,没太在意,以为
慢慢可以恢复,可一个月过去了,才好了六成的样子,单左脚尖可以把自己顶起来但很
吃力。今天仔佃查了下,应该是跟腱炎achilles tendon;期间还是一直在练球,休息

Q: Steve, I'm addressing this to you due to your power/skill in the pistol
department. Since I've started squatting and doing pistols, I've noticed a
very strong neural link develop between the heels and the glutes/lower back.
When I step down with a heel I can feel raw, springy power shooting up that
leg. I suppose this is what I meant when I said that good squatting
develops overall athleticism.

是大步跑的时候, 是应该用脚掌。。。为什么会有人天生习惯用脚掌, 我
个人猜测是他们小时候可能比较多练习短跑, 这样一旦跑起来, 就自然用

看了这么长的帖子,结合自己的经验,总结一下。我认为首先,要看路口交通灯的情况
。目前是红灯还是绿灯?在你到达路口之前的时候是否可能红转绿或者绿转红? 路口
前排队的车有多少?考虑这些是为了知道,你有多大的可能性会在转弯之前full stop
。如果很可能full stop,带档刹车就好,最后停的时候摘档,然后起步过弯(当然也可
以逐渐降档到full stop,参见第四条)。反之,如果有很大的可能你不会full stop而
是会有一定速度过弯,就是我今天想说的。首先我觉得有几个原则:
带档刹车
弯前减档
弯中带档
弯中不换档
弯中少刹车
档位匹配
转速匹配
在这个原则下,空档入弯的,踩离合入弯的就都不考虑了。过弯后减档也先不考虑。不
考虑并不是说不可以,手动档灵活性很大,只要你清楚知道你在干什么,没问题。
假设过一个90度弯,合适的档位是2档。我觉得有两种可行的方法。
第一种: 弯前逐渐减速,低于2k转就换高档。一般90度的弯前已经到了2档,带档入弯
,加油出弯,升档。
第二种: 弯前逐渐减速不换高档,入弯前速度较慢的时候直接换2档,过弯,加油,升
档。

你说的 free heel, belongs to Nordic Ski, which covers cross-country and
other back-country skis. including 特勒码. those are all free heels.
Alpine skis are all fixed heels.
basically Alpine = fixed heels (includes downhill, but not Telemark)
basically Nordic = free heels (includes X-Country AND Telemark)

Mistake 1. In starting position and during pushing the bells up the arms are
straining excessively and the fingers tightly squeeze the handles. As the
result the muscles of the arms get fatigued quickly, never mind how strong
they are.
Causes:
- Incorrect position of the bells on the chest
- Upper arms and elbows are not connected to the body
Correction.
- Pay more attention to the starting position: find the most comfortable
