外观：nc像扣个澡盆，有点娘，笑脸又比较傻。老z4前脸也比较难看，两眼离很远。新
款改进不少。
内部空间：miata坐得很低，空间较小。s2k leg head room都比miata大很多，但elbow
room差不多，可能你也不喜欢。
动力：3.0I6 255hp不应该是有“一点”推倍感吧，你是70迈六档floor的吧？头三档肯
定很爽。miata卖点是轻，动力较小。
操控：高速上只能感觉turn-in是否sharp（你所谓responsive），最重要的neutral
handling还得赛道上才能感觉得到。要说sharp turn-in，这两个比起s2000都差得远。
miata的乐趣主要是轻、短、平衡。你开miata做几个u-turn就知道是啥意思了，这点
s2000也比不上。
噪音：没啥说的，miata高速很吵，s2k比miata还吵（一是发动机声音更大，二是路噪
更大，可能因为悬挂硬。风噪要小一些。）。反过来讲z4为了隔音可能多用了几十斤隔

发帖数: 6804 | 13 跟趾（heel-toe）是指的同时踩刹车，油门和离合器，手动车弯道必学的技术。我开手
挡如果车合适都用跟趾，练习1－2个下午就能基本掌握。
所谓跟趾简单来说指的是，拐弯踩刹车需要降挡，踩离合的时候因为离合器处于脱离状
态，所以发动机转速会从高转速（比如4000转）降至怠速（600-800转），但是随后的
挂档后，需要发动机处于最大扭矩输出状态（比如3000转），所以通常情况下会有一个
从1000转到3000转这个过程。这个过程中，发动机在该挡内并未处于最大扭矩输出转速
，出弯速度会有很大的损失。所以需要补油门。
跟趾的方法是：
1: 过弯减速前脚尖挪到刹车板，脚跟踩住油门
2: 脚尖踩刹车的同时踩离合，同时脚跟踩油门把转速调到该挡最大扭矩输出的最低转
速（比如发动机从3000转出现最大扭矩，那就把发动机转速维持在3000转，或者像
youtube里面那样，踩一下油门到3500-4000转让它自己回落到3000转）。
3： 换挡，松离合刹车踩油门直接走人。
虽然说起来复杂，熟练了就零点几秒的事情。
其实除了速度快，这样开车更安全，因为发动机一直处于最大扭矩状态，车的操控好。

heel toe在路上总体属于奇技淫巧，自娱自乐重过实用价值，但还是有其发挥作用的地
方。
比如：我远远看到红灯，留在六档轻踩刹车减速，准备刹死前摘挡。结果到了线跟前灯
突然绿了。这时踩油门车根本不走，心急火燎降二档，很容易顿挫一下，后面车还狂滴
你。如果已经heel toe到了三档，踩油就走。

试同样车速6档和1档那个滑的远。
但是heel-toe需要技巧，所以普通司机就踩刹车就行了。速度降到20-30再离合。刹车
距离会比一开始就踩离合短很多。不信的自己试试。
另外不要觉得轮子抱死刹车距离短。ABS介入不抱死刹车距离会比抱死要短很多，特别
是湿滑路面。这个也没什么争议，不信的自己去试试。

我想主要是对自己的车不熟，再就是刚学手动，对自己的换档技术无信心，多练就好了
。一档没必要过早升2档，我都是转速拉到3k以上才换2档，猛加速是会拉得更高。 |

花，不会也可以开得很好。
2 双离合（doubleclutch）我也说是降档是用啊。我喜欢用双离合降档有炫技加好玩的
因素不假，但也省了同步环。再就是，我并没强迫别人学啊，只是介绍下我本人的开车
习惯（以及以前的不良习惯）

4 呵呵，不是我说你啊，你给的方法很费离合。我现在在一般或稍微再陡一点的坡上，
都是正常刹车挂空档，绿灯时挂一档直接快速启动，非常都的坡就是手刹辅助启动
1，HEEL & TEO,除了赛车，根本没用。为什么赛车有用？那时因为大多数过弯都必须减
速（Teo踩刹车），为了在出弯时，engine有足够的动力输出把速度提起来，于是降档
并提高转速。如果你要60mph以上过直角弯，也许用得着，可能还会伴随漂移效果。平
时开车，减速，低速coast过弯，点油，挂低档，平顺过弯，一辈子都够用了！
2，double clutch什么时候有用？升档有同步环，并且换档本身就有时间间隙，转速本

月子病之 - 脚后跟疼
孕妇和产妇，芭蕾舞演员，球类爱好者，短跑爱好者，包括普通人都有可能会脚后跟疼。
有很多原因可以造成脚后跟疼，包括但不限于：
Plantar Fasciitis 跟腱炎
Heel Spur 跟骨骨刺
Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome 跗管综合征
Stress Fractures 应力骨折
Posterior Heel Pain 后足跟痛
其中最常见的是跟腱的炎症反应，叫做跟腱炎（Plantar fasciitis），跟刘翔差不多
吧。不过刘翔那个比较严重是磨损造成的，而月子的是激素和用力共同造成的。孕妇们
荣幸吧？此外平足的好像跟腱炎比较多一些。女性好像更多见一些。症状？脚后跟疼。
jm们都知道了。一般“早上”比较严重，特别是头几步，会非常疼。但是这个“早上”
并不一定是7am之后，只是指每次刚起床的时候第一次脚着地的时候。所以半夜12点起
床喂奶有可能是非常疼的。导致很多新mm不愿意下床。
