耐心的给我解决了些疑问。
他说买了车后，还有3件东西很重要，HANDLEBAR，SADDLE和SHOES。他推荐他自己用的
FSA K-WING，COMPACT 或是ERGO都不错。SADDLE 他自己用SPECIALIZED RIVAL，这其实
是MTB的SADDLE，他说他用过200块得SADDLE,还是觉得这个特别舒服，他很多朋友（男
女老少）试过后都很喜欢。他怕断货，屯了8个在家。呵呵。而且这个不贵。我也打算
试试。SHOES他也推荐SPECIALIZED。当然这些也都是个人看法，所以要试出来。
我问了关于AEROBAR的问题，他说，在一般的HANDLEBAR上装AEROBAR没必要，除非你大
多时候是SOLO。而且AEROBAR会占用HANDLEBAR上一部分TOP PART, 那部分实际上是在爬
坡时手抓的地方，会造成一些不方便。他说如果真需要，还是就用专门的AEROBAR/
HANDLEBAR，不要混着用。
问了他关于车减重的问题，他的理论我很同意，花一大堆银子买轻配件， |

too high. Based on what you said, perhaps my seat is too low by an inch
or two. Is it correct that I won't be able to touch the ground with my
shoes while being on the seat? I felt that a relative high seat as you
suggested would require clipless pedal (since it is more natural to pull

flat top section is waaaaay comfortable. I also "invested" a koobi alpha
suspension saddle. They both work perfect for the long hours pedalling
especially like the slow bridge pedal, they are very very comfortable. |

I used to prefer the short-and-low position. I guess as my core got
stronger now I can afford to stretch out a bit more. My Cdale has a 53.5 tt
, with a 12cm stem. The new handle bar should give me at least 1cm extra
reach, and if I lower the stack height by 2cm, it will bring the handlebar
forward another 0.6cm. |

我在宝宝出生之前买了 chicco key fit 30 travel system，当时挺得意的,觉得配
套的就perfect。用了几个月，出门看到别的妈妈推Britax B ready，顿时觉得Britax
好太多了,娃娃面向自己，位置高,遮阳棚大，于是决心也给宝宝换一个。我的基本要求
是：宝宝可以面向自己，而且可以坐的比较高，容易调换座位方向尽量避免晒到宝宝。
Contours Options 3 Wheel Stroller：这一款是我找到的reversible stroller里面最
便宜的，只要169，且声称大多数carseat都可以和它配套。

如果LBS量过你的inseam说是不行的话，我也建议用44cm，因为top tube的长度可以靠
增加stem的长度来弥补，但是seat tube如果不够长，比较麻烦。一个经验法则是，在
根据你的腿长和膝盖的弯曲角度调整好你的saddle位置后，saddle要高过 handlebar的
上部5公分左右吧（这个其实完全取决于你的柔韧程度，好多老人骑手的车是负落差）
。你的情况很可能是，根据你的腿长和膝盖弯曲角度，在47的架子上面根本调不到一个
合适的saddle位置。如果选用44的架子，就算上管短了一些，也可以选一个长一些的
stem，并且调高handlebar的位置弥补。

Remember when you were a kid and it was cool to be able to ride your bike
without having any hands on the handlebars? Turns out, it is illegal.
“A person operating a bicycle or moped shall keep at least one hand on the
handlebars at all times,” according to Utah Code 41-6a-1112.
It is also illegal to carry a package or bundle if it prevents the use of
both hands in operating the bicycle or moped. So forget about doing “no
hands” in Utah.

Your body will be stretched, you will sit forward, your sit bone will
contact with the nose of saddle, your thigh will hit your stomach at the top
of every stroke.
You can try:
Flat top handlebar, the more flat section on the top of handlebar, the more
contacting area and less stress. Either carbon fiber or aluminum will work.

925. last year's version has mustache handlebars, which are better imo. or
you can buy a redline monocog and do the tire-handlebar swap. i use a very
similar build as my commuter.

23"的车架，座位倒是高低合适，但是handlebar是上弯的形状，我把handle bar stem
降到最低也还是觉得高，觉得骑起来使不上劲儿，看来需要换一个handlebar，问题是
换flatbar呢还是换dropbar呢？
还有，现在车胎是700X35的，要不要换成700X45的？

我认为事故的root cause是stem clamp上的太紧，或者是clamp不好，把handlebar的那
个地方给压变形了。再受力后就渐渐开裂，直到那天稍微一点力就把它snap断了。
大家如果是骑旧车，一定要定期检查，特别是龙头什么的，一旦出现问题都太危险了。
我这次算是运气好逃过一难。 |

在速度非常高时（比如冲大下坡）才把手放下去，这样可以减小风阻。

If you are, then you know what a smoking deal this is. Fully loaded,
complete SRAM Red; you'd be getting a decent deal just to get a full set of
