you buy. you can also buy a $20 adjustable stem just to play with positions
more easily before you decide on a particular size/stem combo. you are
taller than me and I ride a 56.

have a reference of 73 degree seat tube angle. 73 degree is a neutral hip
position for maximum power and comfort, one people shouldn't deviate too
much from. for our height, one degree generally translate to one CM. this
means
56cm measured TT length with a 73 degree seat angle is the same as
55cm measured TT length with a 74 degree seat angle.
if your seat tube angle is too steep, you should try moving the saddle back

would be the shorter wheelbase and more backward center of gravity on the
74 frame, which might result in some subtle handling differences, correct? |

tube的上沿不能高于stem,比stem低 0.5-1cm.如果你觉的handlebar还是太低,可以把
stem翻转过来安装。
还是买自锁鞋吧,spd兼容都可以。平时不想用自锁鞋,那个小踏板也可以用。

LBS里常见的车,像specialized, trek, cannondale就比较平衡. sora的车, 整体都
差一些, 105的整体都好不少.看来这些车卖的贵也不是没有道理的哈. |

的好处一来是可以稍微轻一点(这点重量,估计也不会有显著影响),二来是看着美观
一些。锯掉的缺点一是你以后要是想升高handlebar比较困难,二是如果你要卖车,或许
有的买家不喜欢把stem放低,会给你卖车带来一定局限。 |

我又看到一款2010 Fuji Roubaix 1.0 ($899),跟R-570一个价钱,但是Sram Rival
配件,小弟对Sram一无所知,上网看了看ms是Sram推出来跟Ultegra对抗的?而且Rival
的shifters是Carbon的!?这样子的话我肯定奔Fuji了,比R-570还划算呀,而且感觉
颜色也比10款570好一些

I like it very much. You may check the review online. My impression:
- climbs very well and feel a lot easier than my wife's Motobecane 700HT.
- shifts extremely well. Now I really believe in SRAM stuff. It's a 3x9
speed bike, which is exactly what I want (for touring, more durable than 10
speed).
- decent wheelset.
- decent folk. It's only 80mm travel but I like it better than 100mm travel
for the type of ride I do.
- OK brake. I might eventually change it to mechanical disk brake before a

的stem。
主要的调整有saddle position (higher and more forward),handlebar position
(需要一个新的stem,10mm longer,more angle -17° vs. -6°),还把stem下面的
spacers都去掉了。另外还在鞋里加了wedges。
在fit前,我的position大概介于粉人和黑人之间,现在应该是个纯黑人了。;-)
