fitter那里做了一个fitting。
还是有经验的人厉害，fitter看我在trainer上先ride了10分钟，就开口：
“在用dropbar的时候，一两小时后手根会痛吧？” － 对
“再过个把小时，lower back也会痛吧？” － 对
“每次五小时以上的ride，腿都会有抽筋或者抽筋的征兆吧？” － 对
然后就开始折腾车子，前后花了一个多小时。最后的结果太可怕了－才知道我在一个完
全不fit的状态下骑了那么久：
座位降低了1 inch，前移0.5 inches。
Handle bar角度上仰了10度。
换了一个长度短了20mm的stem，角度从上仰变为下垂。
去掉了head set上的三个spacer，stem的高度因此低了４cm。
airo bar的肘垫向两边张开了３inches。
下午骑了20miles，感觉确实舒服许多。看来如果要get serious on something，出点
血把车子fit一下是值得的。如果果然如他所说，我大腿抽筋的问题主要是因为腿拉得
太直，这还帮我解决了一个困扰很长时间的问题。 |

fit得还是road geometry的干活，建议我去他们车店fit个tri geometry一点的。wk!

from $150 to $250 here in Toronto.
I've been thinking get a biking fitting done for a long while. However, now
I think I'll need to get three biking
fittings: mtb, road and tri. Damn! I'm gonna bleed badly.

but i think it's totally possible. i was riding my old road bike on a much
higher saddle post. then when i
bought my Cinelli, the shop did a quick "fit" for me, and i was surprised to
find how much lower the saddle
should be. definitely more than 1" lower.
but i'm still riding my mtb on a higher saddle than my road. not sure if i
should lower it too. definitely need
another bike fit.
handlebar angle? what's the correct angle? should it be fitted for everyone
differently?

handlebar向上调就正好。

发帖数: 1994 | 16 腿在下死点时是不能打直的，大约要是 150 度。如果你真是高了 2.5cm,
那你的腿可能爆直...
ST 的那篇文章还提到一个对 tri/TT bike 有用的 rule: BB-saddle
distance 大约等于 saddle tip-aerobar top distance. 我量了
一下我 FIST fit 过的 Cervelo, 的确是这样。然后用 saddle height
和 seat tube angle 就能算出 bar drop. 最后再边骑边微调就好了。
我把我 roadie 的 effective seat tube angle 都搞到最高 (近
76 度，用 0 offset 的 thomson sp 再前推到底，再上长鼻子 tri
saddle), 然后把所有 Cervelo 的 measurement 都移过来。省 200
块啊。
