现在有个app是ember做的，要fix一些东西，赶鸭子上架现学现卖
感觉这种基于node的纯js的比typescript的上手快，learning curve更flat，tools也
不少，不过只能用的handlebars，感觉不够灵活 |

I bought the "Quick Release Kit" for my 310XT, so you can quickly change it
from your wrist band to handle bar mount.
In swim leg, the watch (without wrist band) is in my swim cap; in bike leg,
it's mounted on the handlebar; in run leg, it's mounted on my wrist band.

One more point, the quick release kit is a must have too! So, you can take
the watch unit off the wrist band, and place it under your swim cap or mount
it onto the handlebar.

主要的调整有saddle position （higher and more forward），handlebar position
（需要一个新的stem，10mm longer，more angle -17° vs. -6°），还把stem下面的
spacers都去掉了。另外还在鞋里加了wedges。 |

吃完早饭后按惯例骑车进城上班，recovery ride，所以特别酱油，比平时慢至少８到
１０分钟。还有一公里就到公司了，突然左手感觉掉了下去，车开始失去平衡，完全没
搞懂怎么回事。还好双手都还紧握住龙头，慢慢捏刹车，把右脚unclip出来放到curb上
准备迫降。这时候好像反应过来是龙头断了，就右边的龙头还连在stem上。好在控车技
术好，靠右手单手捏闸掌握平衡，把车慢慢地停了下来，右脚站在了人行道的curb上。
全身冒冷汗！
这要是。。。FUCK！！！。。。完全不敢多想！！！
千金散尽换骑车平安！
