边一条路开出来了。没看到右拐上这条路有一条斜线拐还有一条
90度拐。我走的是90度的，没看见那条斜线拐。然后就被一个
骑摩托的条子抓了，说是拐弯时应该走斜线，给的TICKET是 not obey traffic signal.
请问这个情况在庭上 plead not guilty 有可能胜诉吗？
如果败了，是不是比PLEAD GUILTY的话罚钱更多？
有什么经验大家说说？

如照片图，1号是我的车，从小区出来，先右转上右道，因为要在下个接口左转，打左
转灯换到左道。我的记忆是已经换好道，车已经摆直了，这个时候被2号车撞。撞击后
几秒，两个车行驶到虚线延伸的位置。我的车在左道中间，对方车在中间的换线道上。
我的车的driver side door, 车头前侧 被撞。对方是passenger side door和车头右侧
被撞。
警察给我了improper lane change的citation,说是根据2号车车窗液在地上的痕迹（如
三角形所示），是我在换道时候撞对方。但是我的记忆是我的车子已经在左道的时候被
撞的（如长方形所示，至少我不是全责。
对方的保险认定我错。我的保险说不认为是我的错，警察的判定是事后的结论，但是并
没有见证 过程（当时就我们两个车，没有见证人），所以不能就判定是我的错。现在
我的保险公司没法拿到对方的口供，因为对方请了律师，律师不允许我的保险公司联系
对方要口供。所以现在责任，保险都没有settle. 明天就是警察给的citation 上要我

只是一直不要吃辅食， 不要吃奶以外的固体。从来没想到是奶的问题， 现在也不确定
。。。
今天去退了几个留着的空瓶子， 问店二店里是否能从产家拿到refund， 答曰不能，
问“那你们这些个退的瓶呀， 奶粉呀咋办？” 答曰“扔掉”。
我突然就Guilty了。。。唉， 娃吃了虫粉， 我这还guilty个啥呀。。。
另外， 既然娃吃了没事， 我这顿的奶粉还能吃吗？ |

一直在研究non-guilty的零食或是正餐，这里开发了几个营养比较全面，又低脂的零食
或是正餐。本人试吃了几个月，还没吃烦，而且发胖的风险不高。就是制作起来有点花
时间。给大家参考吧：
根据图片顺序：
1.海苔卷----配料-----虾，海参，香菇，胡萝卜，甘蓝，菠菜，枸杞子，海带，豆芽
，木
耳，黑白芝麻亚麻子----所有的配料煮熟切丁，混合均匀后用整张的海苔卷起来，就齐
活了。
注：如果觉得味道太清淡，可以再混合配料的时候放点盐。可作为早餐，加餐，或正餐

rape. what is the purpose of aggravate the injury to the victim? It may be
a surprise to you, but the law is like that here; every time you have the
girl going to court and repeat what happened - it's like been raped one more
time. That's why if he took the plea bargain, it's just 3 years. but if he
denies, and make the little girl live the nightmare again, it's much much
longer sentence if found guilty. |

prove guilty. Most of time people elect to hush and hoping the kid for
forget. It's a good thing they stand out.

美国的司法不是国内那种民愤极大就如何如何的。 你要影响审判， 你的买通陪审才行
。 当然这也是违法的。 其它你再悲愤也没用。 检察官（DA）根据手上的证据决定要
不要起诉， 起诉什么。 父母在这里过你根本不起作用， 强烈要求云云一听就是法盲
。 他俩其实很钝的。 在网上找victim, 在网上找公正。 给人泼脏水的机会。

已 看看她自已写的文字吧 当时她认为性侵插入的过程已完成了 并且还问痛不痛

也可以告。
jury里有screening的， 也不是随机抽。
总之不是那么容易的， 想捏造罪名要达到让bystander一致认为这是beyond
reasonable doubt的水准是非常难的。
检方律师， DA, 也不会随意就拿一个6岁孩子的证词起诉。 要败诉的话对他自己将来
很不利。 所以一定是有creditable的evidence. 我们没上庭不知道。 比如对被告性器
官的特征描述， 内裤特征的描述， 时间， 位置的描述， 过程的描述都不能有太大的
差异， 让人相信确实发生过， 也不是"无意"间漏光。 这些东西都不是一个不在场的
人（父母）能够灌输给孩子的。 而被告对事情的解释前后矛盾， 无一处合常理。 （
谁TMD的到过别人家里对着镜子摆弄鸡鸡？）在庭审的过程里无处不在想怎样能少判，
一会认一会不认。 你会相信谁？不是说没有可能冤， 但beyond reasonable doubt
that he is guilty. |
