我现在用的教练好像没有说要加手腕啊，底线球肯定不太需要吧。如果是半场低球还是
需要向上刷一下的。
我的个人感觉是： semi 或者 western grip 加上由下向上的swing path就可以打出很
好的topspin。我觉得申老师的topspin就非常的effortless，控制的非常好。 |

我觉得首先要固定response time：从准备完成后，想击球到contact之间的时间。也就
是我说的转肩和release所需时间。空拍挥动先找这个感觉。如果找到的话你会觉的很
effortless，而不是要费力击球。

For 3.5s or 4.0s I would recommend to work on a regular shot where you can
hit with only 70% energy, and still be able to keep the ball behind service
line with either good pace or spin or both, and is you are in position you

作为动作派的， 我的确“喜欢钻研标准的动作”， 但像pro看齐有些言过其实了。 从
标准的动作角度来说， 没有一个pro是将每一个动作都做标准的。 pro 也是人， 他们
也是从小学网球。太刻意的纠正会影响他们的兴趣或总体的发展。 所以我认为pro的
glitch很多也都是从小养成的。 很多他们自己也知道， 但已经到这个级别了， 再回
去大改是不大可能的。要改个动作不是什么在场场泡一两个星期就行的。 Gulbis 的正
手可以说是花了2，3年才改成功的吧。 他能这样该的一个原因是他不完全是为了钱打
球，或说他不需要钱。。。
虽说pro 的stroke看上去 “千奇百怪”, 但从真正在的击球那个步骤， 他们基本都是
差不多的。 很多大的差别和身高和打法有关。 Gulbis 引拍“大鹏展翅”，但真正击
球时的mechanic 和其他pro 没什么两样。 我认为的标准动作是从引拍到击球到挥完，
总体能最effecient, 最effortless. WSN 看 pro 的stroke 不同主要是从他们的引拍

我觉得打mini tennis 对这方面很有帮助。 球慢， 可以有充分的时间站位准备盯球。
甩出的感觉像是没击到球似的空挥， effortless.

大致看了一下比赛过程，第一盘6:2轻松取胜，第二盘率先破发3:2，结果自己发球突然
一发没有了，然后被Monoco破发，之前Monaco没有一个破发点。破发后又是突然犯懵，
被Monaco轻松love game保发。之前Monaco没有一个game这么轻松保发。然后3:5落后发
球。好不容易追成5:5，最后还是没能守住5:7失第二盘。第三盘又是5:3发球制胜局保
不住发球，最后被迫抢七。好在抢七时候发挥尚可，抢七7:5拿下。
新人还是比赛经验，关键分掌握，心态控制方面欠缺。比如第二盘3：2第三盘5:3领先
发球时候，很想一发发力拿些easy point，结果就是over play一发不进，反而被对方
破发。
Kokkinakis和Coric很多地方正好相反，他正手进攻非常犀利，我估计球速可以超过很
多top 10.他所有球，包括接发球都追求大得非常深，所有稍微出界的不少，不出界的
都是几乎压线上的好球，直接威胁对方，所有rally 回合通常很少。他正手比反手强很

个感受？ 我认为对wsn在底线对抽或在实战中是很难得到这种感受的，即使你认为你放
松了， 很可能你其实放松的还是不够。 我建议的mini tennis 就是为了体会这种感受
， it's a mean to get to the end, if you can use other means to reach the
same conclusion, that's good. 我只是推荐一下我用的mean in which I found
really helped me.

总体来说你跟发球机打得不错，如果再relax些更好。如果跟真人对拉从back fence拍
能够真正找到需要改进的地方。
I would strongly recommend you to watch "Feel Tennis" lessons on Youtube.
That coach is so good who can teach how to improve timing and effortlessly
hit forehand. |

教练认为小朋友现在应该学习平击球，他很推崇Robert Lansdorp（桑普拉斯，莎娃等
的教练）的击球方式，easter grip, hit through, drive the ball, bla.他认为学会
hit through，（这是foundation）, 再学习其他的或者改变一些打法也是相对很容易
的，如果目前就学习给求加旋转，虽然能把球控制在场地里，但是穿透性不够，但是长
远发展看，很难打出winner, 而且hit through的平击球比加旋转的球effortless，等
等。新教练对小朋友很上心（也给我介绍一些网球材料看），准备介绍小朋友到另外一
个教练出去学习平击球。我现在有些疑惑，到底小朋友是学习所谓modern tennis呢，
还是classic tennis (kind like old school)？版上的理论高手们怎么看这个问题？ |
